I use price action to see how quickly levels may be taken out. I also use the macd, and chaiken money flow to help seeing trends. My volume tool has also been very helpful! Another great video! ❤

yeah, that is a tough one, my style is the scalp, but when I see a great set up because of my scalping habits, I get out of a trend too soon instead of just letting one run… I trade the NQ. futures

Great video. I'm working on finding this balance of price action and indicators too.

I use bollingers set 200 with 3 devistions, VSA, RSI, and a badge calculate the ATR this passed Thur and FRI on NQ , ATR WAS 20 on 1 minute First hour, the bands were very expanded .

There are also cycle indicators! DPO for example is really good on 1 to 15 min, if you add a sma to it! Both with 14 periods... Tells you a lot!

@@mangoh9ify Sure! When the MA is above the DPO line, I consider the cycle bearish. When the MA is under the DPO, cycle is bullish. The distance between them two indicates the strength of the cycle, and the evolution of this strength over time. You can find divergences, for ex, price going down and DPO turning bullish: possible signal of an upcoming reversal. Of course, it's to confirm with other signals, and the price action. I prefer trading in the same direction as the MA, as I find it more reliable. But that depends on market conditions... Also, finding the good timeframe helps keeping you longer in a good trade. So I search for what makes sense, like price mostly going down with the DPO and MA possibly touching sometimes, but not crossing. When the timeframe is good, then a crossing can be an exit point. And when they cross all the time with the MA being horizontal, then I don't trade, too choppy! Hope you find it useful!

BB,volume, 20 50 200 ema. I’ll sprinkle in RSI MACD to confirm. Same strategy every time always take a trade when parameters are met, always the first thought, never 2nd guess. If I lose it’s cause you aren’t gonna win them all but you can win most.

i use hma for extra bias confluence, wicks tails and body of candles tells the story, manually identifies fractal swings, entry and exit by identifying candlestick structures not patterns, sl using a fib tool.. my chart looks boring the only aesthetic is the hma.. 😅

You don't want repainting indicators. I want the closing candle to lock in the information.

I trade better with indicators. Price Action or SMC doesn't work for me. Don't listen to people who tell you indicators are trash. But make sure all your indicators don't repaint as a fundamental rule im passing Prop Firm Challenges like it's nothing small profits add up, overtime

When will traders realize all indicators are reactionary laggards to level 2 tape? Once you find an indicator that reveals real-time high delta order inflow/outflow you will understand price action. Until then you're just watching delayed reactions to the market using every other indicator.
