@@josiplozar631 candlesticks represent a day's worth of trading, similar to a box plot chart. The long parts that stick out are the min/max values in that day and the borders of the thick parts represent the opening/closing price

Mikan's study and advice, I should be able to surprise myself with a million dollars in net worth by the following year if I take the CFP/CFA combo in 2021. It's easy to look at charts from the past and assume you see patterns, assuming these predict the future. But it will not work.

It's about being smart and taking risks. Companies have up and downs inclusive the economy. Why not take advantage when it's at its lowest, buy in, then sell at its peak or hold if you feel the company will continue to innovate? Be smart and take a reasonable educated risk with your money

yup, only "reading" candle sticks is a ridiculous strategy. more often then not the reverse happens then a "patteren" you recognize.

Dont bother. Trading is not what these people sell. Paper trade for a year, take what they say with a massive, massive bit of salt. Markets are not as simple as this. Sometimes, it is, however, many different things make the market go either way and you will loose money. Trading is as easy as understanding the direction and getting in that flow, getting out before it drops off. The only things you need to understand is when to get in and when to get out. Do not overstay your welcome and do not get greedy. Always remember. If you're not able to be happy making $5 profit, you'll never get to the point of making $5000 profit.

I have made quite a stride investment on my own but but I know my profit aren't always as an expert. I am aware of the benefits of consulting with a professional hands but haven't found any legit sources.

I’ve been using MACD and 3 set of EMAS to identify trends, identifying a reversal candle is very handy to catch the big runs early after a massive selling period. I will definitely be adding this to my set of tools and see if it will help, if it does work your a legend mate.

Even with the right technique and assets some investors would still make more than others. As an investor, you should've known that by now that nothing beats experience and that's final.
