Crevasse is different than a crev ass. A crevasse is normal to do with rock and other small openings and a crev ass is to do with snow

if f its -23°C edit (i should probably explain for the ppl who legit just know F as american only and nothing else):imperial freezing point is 32°F meaning anything at 0 is already 32° *below* freezing, even if a degree change in celsius is larger, until around -40 where they meet, negative fahrenheit is colder

If you ever get caught in a avalanche, dig about 5-10 inches in front of you and see what direction your spit goes, if your spit drops dig behind you and if your spit on yourself keep digging in front of you

Haha I remember hearing about those ‘survival tricks’ growing up. I’m now an avalanche instructor and apprentice mountain guide, I assure you that you cannot dig yourself out of an avalanche if fully buried.

@@n0pe213 living in upstate new york we use to get a lot of snow like 3-4 feet over night so one time i went sledding and this happened to me thankfully i had someone to teach me this growing up

Take a candle with u big one then poke a hole above the candle all the way to the top that way it keeps u warm and u won't inhale the Exhaust I dit it in - 40 in northern Canada it works like a charm

I actually did this at 15yrs old with an entire class. There was -20°C weather and alot of the people wasn't properly educated on how to survive such cold weather. Luckily I knew hot to dress correctly and was fine. Me and some other guys ended up having to dig holes to sleep in for 20+ of the people too cold to work, and spending 5+ hour with minumum food and water cause some people were dangerously cold. Some people even had to get rescued with snow scooters lol (nobody got harmed in the end). This was 1+ years ago and I still remember it very clearly because it was so chaotic.😂
