This is my son Dom. He has KABUKI SYNDROME. That includes, learning difficulties, speech delay, defective kidneys, low muscle tone and physical disabilities .
I help my son to improve his quality of life by exercising him everyday.
Our aim is to take Dom to America for a life changing operation to walk for the first time unaided.
