My cup volume = 200 ml
Ingredients (3-4 servings🍝):
300 g (10.5 ounces) spaghetti (durum wheat)
Cook until al dente
300 g (10.5 ounces) mussels, fry and remove
300 g (10.5 ounces) shrimp (20/40), fry for 2-3 minutes
Put mussels back into the pan
salt and pepper
a glass of dry white wine
Let the wine evaporate
50 g (1.7 ounces) butter
1 onion, finely chopped
150 g (5 ounces) sun-dried tomatoes, diced
a pack of fresh spinach
Pasta water
✅ Add sauce to the pan and mix everything well
✅ Serve once you have mixed the sauce with pasta!
