I totally agree and share your opinion... Gayyem Ben didn't say or explain but showed what true giving is all about. He harvested some of his cabbages and without being asked or told, he stopped by his uncle just to share his bounty... that's giving and that is love...

I really cried while watching this. Missing my family and friends in my province.

There is something that happens when you watch this channel. You catch yourself realizing that despite having all the trappings of modern progress, you feel you'd rather have what he has. I live in Canada now --- but honestly, if my current lifestyle is ideal, then why do I dream of switching places with him?

Thats deep. I had a chance to go study in canada and migrate there but realized its not what i want. I would rather stay with my parents here and live the local life. I dont think i will be happy there despite the modern advances in healthcare etc. I prefee the simple filipino laid back life. I may not have the big house the big car best phones. But i chose a more laid back life knowing that theere is no winter in the phils. And that my plants will not die come fall and my trees will keep me shaded. And my water could be free if i wanted and so is my food if i plant it. But i dont have to bec i have income from my husband. And some investments. So i realize i dont really have to go there. It looks fancy but i believe its a rat race there

Nueva Vizcaya is our neighbor province and a lot of relatives are from here. I can say that Novo Vizcayanos are naturally, warm, simple, hardworking and resilient.
