Using voice-overs always makes the video less personal. Take away the voice-over it's killing the video and just use ASMR. ASMR is trending and voice-overs are no longer needed. You don't need to speak any English. Actually you don't need to speak English at all with ASMR. Get rid of the man doing the voice-over he's annoying!
