Ingredients:
4 potatoes.
salt to taste.
cook, ready potatoes.
1 onion
coconut oil.
5 mushrooms.
fry until the mushrooms are soft.
50 g canned tomatoes.
1 teaspoon Herbes de Provence.
100 grams of cheese.
4 tablespoons sour cream.
2-3 cloves of garlic.
Dill.
1 teaspoon hop suneli.
350 grams of puff pastry.
Fry on both sides until golden brown.

Pan cooking leaves a bit on the side that is not cooked. Oven baked would be better. Still the filling looks tasty

Why not bake instead of toasting puff pastry. Keep filling simple. This half-moon usually is deep or pan fried.

Was hat das denn mit „Blätterteigkochen“ zu tun? Schade, uns hat es überhaupt nicht geschmeckt. Der Blätterteig war nur wie Pappe.

It DID surprise me. 😮I'm sorry but I don't get it. Why didn't you just bake them? Puff pastry is one of the most versatile dough out there. They would have been light and flakey and golden brown. A great contrast to the inside filling. This looks just like a tortilla or even a slice of white bread that is rolled and fried. ( Also waaay to long...).
