You can try making a liquid mixture of cream, flour and cornstarch instead of an egg base. But this will be a completely different recipe, and the result will be different. Hello! thanks for the comment! It is better to use soy milk or any vegetable cream. I wouldn't add yogurt. When I make vegan versions of recipes, I use soy creamer.
