And as far as most of HF's covers are concerned, if the original song is less than 30 years old, I had no idea if it was a cover or not until I looked it up - but the older stuff? I have that nailed.

Been married for 32 years and I still to this day would give up everything I have and die for her without hesitation! She is my Heart, Body and Soul PERIOD!

This was done during the COVID quarantine. Austin was the only one of the group "in studio". He was actually singing this to his lady who was there with him.

Austin (lead) and Adam (beatboxer) killed it. This was during Covid so I thought the use of tvs was clever. Good one!😄🤩

Austin did a fabulous job of this classic song. Loved Percy Sledge's version, but this was taken to another level. I think it is also better than Michael Bolton's version. And remember this was done during quarantine, so the guys weren't even together. The backing harmonies are great, along with Tim's bass. And Adam's vocal percussion is outstanding. Drummers have often commented on just how realistic his sound is. This is why these guys are my favorite a cappella group.

Percy Sledge was the original singer. Micheal Bolton covered it, but Home Free upgraded it.

I've always loved Percy Sledge's original & I think Home Free did it more than justice. The singing, harmonies & beatboxing, as always, are terrific. Austin's (now wife) Amberly was in the studio & that's who he's looking at. He's just put out a new one he wrote for his wife "I'll Go First" (audio only on Austin Brown's channel) - it's jut gorgeous.

I love your go-to-word---"Wow!" That is a "wow song!"

Austin is one of the best tenors out there. This is one of my favorite renditions of this classic. They have done some collaborations with other artists that are really good. Try "To The Moon And Back" with Maggie Baugh and "Dreamer" featuring Texas Hill. Keep the Home Free coming, Courtney!!

This was done during the pandemic so Austin and his girlfriend, Amberly (now his wife) were the only ones in the studio. She's right behind the camera which is where all those flirty looks are going! You're right, the setup for this was a terrific idea, and Austin just killed this song! In fact, he's so good you really should listen to it again to pick up on all the backing the rest of the guys are doing. You forget they have no instrumental backing! Their cover of the Don McLean song American Pie is done in a similar way (and has Don on the song!) Their pandemic video Sea Shanty Medley had 37 million views the last time I looked (it's my grandson's fav). Welcome to the Home Free rabbit hole! You may never come out!

The original was by Percy Sledge when i was young and I'm 72 now. Enjoyed your reactions. I've seen a lot of women react to Austin and most leave their panties on the floor when the song is over.

Oh, my, you jumped right into the heavy love song here. This was done during the pandemic lockdown, so the guys were not even together in one place. Austin, who sang the lead, was in a recording studio with his girlfriend at the time, not his wife. Those steamy looks toward the camera were directed to her. She was right by the camera. The rest of the guys recorded their parts in their homes and sent them to their editor, Darren Rusk, to work his magic and meld it all together.

Home Free was on "World Tour" in Europe at the time when the plan=dem - ik started -- had to drop everything and come home otherwise they'd need to lock-down where they were. During that time Home Free had the "quarantine series" where this was a latter release (each recorded at their homes for the most part). Be Safe

If toy like the Rascal Flats song "I Like the Sound of That," the video for the Home Free version has them as teachers. Not as much a stretch as one might think. The bass, Tim, was a substitute match teacher before he jumped back into music and eventually ended up with Home Free. Im not sure whether teaching helped him deal with unruly audiences or dealing with audiences early on helped him when he went back to Texas and was teaching.

Home Fry. Saw them live and it was an awesome party! My favorite song is Helplessly Hoping a Crosby Stills and Nash cover. Gotta hear it.

You really have to love music to listen to so it so much, well you did say you and yours listen to music all the time. Anyway, I'm 65 and music has been in my life from the age of 6 till today. I can send you down so many rabbit holes of music and I believe I'll start with just a couple. Let's start with the 1970s band named Boston and the song is Foreplay/ Longtime. Next is Lynyrd Skynyrd live version of FreeBird and then let's get a little softer with the Carpenters song Close to You. I did subscribe so if you check out any of my suggestions I will give you even more of what I believe to be great music. Oh, just fore fun Home Free cover of Listen to the Music and the Sea Shanty Medley are nuclear.

Apparently his girlfriend was at the shoot next to the camera and he was looking at her. If you like Home free you should also try Voice Play their bass Geoff Casteluccii has a five octave range amazing to watch and listen to They also get into costume and makeup real stage show performance. Geoff also does solos singing all the parts and overlayering himself voice and video it's very well done. Try "Oogie Boogie's Song" for the group or "16 Tons" for a solo Geofff introduction.
