Honestly, I think the memory foam thin sole, slip-on Sketchers have been the best race shoes I've ever had. 2 full years of sim racing, and I've worn them out now, so I've ordered some Sparco Kart shoes. Sorry your crocs didnt pan out so well, grip socks work great as well. Cheers!

My review videos are very high quality and “professional”. My iRacing videos on the other hand….. 😂

You still did insanely good even tho your crash. The nordschliefe is such a demanding track and the same goes for iracing. I really love the videos btw, they’re super super good.

Not sure if you knew or not but when your racing it is nice to have the relative timer up (you can press F3 on your keyboard for it) as it shows how far away the person ahead and behind is

Never thought of using cocs for racing shoes lol I use some cheap tai chi shoes from Amazon that were like 15$ and they work just fine when I don’t wanna use just socks.

I do it barefoot. The way the original sim racers did it in Ancient Greece.

LMFAO!! Hilarious vid dude and fair play to you for waiting to rejoin the track to avoid screwing up others race. I LOVE nords myself (done over 6,500 mile there in AMS2 alone) and had some truely EPIC races there. kzread.info/dash/bejne/qYSamLBsktaym5c.html As for shoes in general I race wearing socks (or Slipper socks when it's cold), I don't like the sense of disconnection wearing shoes and I'm a skinflint so don't wanna pay out for "simracing shoes". Maybe one day I'll get a decent set of either racing or climbing shoes which will stay solidly attached and still give me the depth of feel underfoot I'm after. It's been interesting watching your progression on your sim racing journey since I subbed in Feb 2021, I only really got bitten myself when trying AMS2, had PC1, PC2, Raceroom and Assetto Corsa but none of them sunk their teeth into me like AMS2 has and iRacing is way outta my budget and I'm not a fan of subscription games in general (but that's just me). Keep at it dude, enjoying the vids regardless, just because of your honesty in YOUR views and the sense of humour is just the frosting on top 😁.

bruv u have your heelplate on the vnm mounted the wrong way around, the lip part of your heelplate should be nearest to the pedals so your foot doesnt hit the hinges of the pedals:)
