I Challenged A Stranger To Start Her Dream Business In 7 Days

This is episode #8 my TV show, The Tim Ferriss Experiment! The show is like MythBusters meets Jason Bourne. In every episode, I partner with the world’s best and most unorthodox teachers (e.g., Laird Hamilton, Marcelo Garcia, Stewart Copeland), who train me for a final gauntlet. Shocking breakthroughs, injuries, epiphanies, and disasters are all part of the journey. Along the way, I show you how to replicate results in an attempt to prove that “you don’t need to be superhuman to get superhuman results… you just need a better toolkit.”
I’ll be releasing all episodes of my TV show, The Tim Ferriss Experiment, on KZread- for free. It was a maze to secure the rights, but now it’s done.
Make sure to subscribe to my KZread channel to get notified of all upcoming episodes.
Enjoy!

how you doing today??
Amazing episode, Tim! My biggest takeaway: to build a successful business that sets you free, you need to have both a valuable product/service AND the business know-how to make it work.
The way she looks at the camera @ 7:57 As a skater, you know that look, and you know that's when they've locked in. Sometimes they fail that first attempt after giving the look, but they've unlocked that feeling in their mind that this IS going to happen now.
The production value in this "show" is incredible!

I love you Tim! The 4 hour week helped me to start also my own business back in 2018. Few years later I have around 10 full time employees and we’re going 7 figures this year. The best: Its only the start! Thanks Man And to all the other guys here, try to do the staff what Tim is showing you here. It changes life’s

This is incredible. Being able to see one's own business objectively is what can go beyond the limitations all businesses face.
OMG, Noah with Hair! This chapter arrived just on time to the realse of Noah Kagan book, where he detail step by step how to lunch a business in 2 days following the same framework used here.
Good to see some representation for The City! It really feels like it is coming back alive. Imagine going to a $10 yoga dance and Tim Ferriss is there, awesome!

LOL!! yeah attendees were surprised to see Tim there!
I am not sure how much planning it took you and Noah to put this together - but I ABSOLUTELY LOVE this idea - I would watch every episode!
What a fantastic idea! Instead of just writing about it or telling them in your podcast, you actually show them what's possible if you put your mind to it. I had that same idea, so seeing you bring it to life is amazing. Well done.
Damn Tim, been following you since 2016 and its great to see you scale up the production value for something like this, like a Kitchen Nightmares for start up businesses. Brilliant man.
In the middle of reading the 4 hour work week, episodes like this really help consolidate things from that book

Tim - you are a rock star. Putting in practice what you preach. Such a cool guy. Good job Cindy and high five to Noah.
Tim! Thanks for being so awesome and inspiring.
I beg of you more content like this it's so helpful to understand your business mindset beyond the 4HW
Loving the concept of learning from the best in such a dynamic way. For entrepreneurs watching, remember that networking with experts isn't just about gaining knowledge; it's also a powerful tool for lead generation. Connect, learn, and leverage those relationships to grow your business.
This was amazing case study! I can’t wait to see more like this and apply it our own life!
Wow. So much value in this video. Thanks Tim and Noah.
Awesome, this is beautiful Tim, Thank you.
Cindy struck GOLD - who is fortunate enough to get advice from Tim and Noah?!! (they only got better 10 years later - I'm talking to you Cindy!
I remember buying this episode on Vimeo! Learned so much from this.
"Giving 80% is like giving 0%. Its just not enough to reach orbit. You have to reach escape velocity. To do that, you have to commit" This one hit me

Thats amazing Tim, will watch the sequence!
Bravo Noal, Tim and Cindy for an inspiring video and encouraging process for all inspiring entrepreneurs around the world.
Super cool to see all these steps. Great video!
This is absolutely amazing!
Thank you Tim and Noah for this experiment and these insights into entrepreneurship.
Disco yoga, coffee challenges, and backflips - oh my! 😅
Thank you to the author for the useful video and sharing valuable knowledge about starting a business. Get a feel for the summary points, especially applying the "Definition - Liberation" principles to overcome fear and build a meaningful business. Congratulations to Cindy on the success of her disco yoga event and hope she continues to grow her business.
Loved this! Thank you!

this was an incredible show
Wait, this is a great series!
This was awesome!
Thanks Tim. Pure gold as usual.
loved it.
Loved this video and and seeing both Noah and Tim together. They are dynamite entrepreneurs and it proves that two geniuses are better than one. I would also highly recommend Noah's new book, "Million Dollar Weekend" (which I read) as he goes through comprehensive guide on starting a business. You cannot fail with his step by step process full of personal antidotes and fill in the blanks. You will learn more about yourself and rethink how to achieve success. But it now!!!!!!!
Damn - I would LOVE to have seen her Automate and Liberate - PLEASE do a follow Up Coaching Session. Because that is the most interesting part.
Wow this was very informative and motivational
Blast from the past! Noah with hair! 😂
Cindy is a killer at closing. Actually even got the 10% discount! If only she knew how often others have to ask :D
This was really informative and inspiring. I need to be more direct and assertive with my goals. I'm an aspiring female bodybuilder (Bikini Division), and I've always wanted to be a personal trainer and coach. My weakness would be the fear of people telling me they'll show up for a class and not show up, and I'm just left there wasting my time without getting paid.
Fantastic episode. "Bar rescue" for business. Now I'm curious - is there such a thing!
This guy is amazing.
Great tv shooow ❤🎉
Really good show
damn i wish i was able to take this challenge with them, such a fun amazing video. Ty guys for making it
Great Video
Am currently reading Noah's book, funny to see the the coffee challenge in practice!
Being uncomfortable.. but doing it.. That's the key! Peeps, don't care what people think of you.. You can do it too :-) Nice one Tim and Noah...

This is a good advertisement for your book. So good that I decided to buy 4 hour work week. I know 0 about even starting a business let alone running it and making profits. So, I hope your book would be of help. Love from India.

Just left some steaming hot coffees after taking a single sip.
I still own all these episodes on iTunes! been following since the Random Show w/Kevin Rose and still learn stuff from you, Tim. Especially in recent years I've really appreciated your vulnerability because it's helped me also. It's also re-affirming that as a teen I saw you as a guiding lighthouse because now I'm in my 30's and I still gain quite a bit from your content. Speaks to your character and integrity. So thanks again. Maybe one day I'll have my shit together enough to help someone else :P
Noah Kagan! Dude!
waaaait whaaaaat. I've never clicked so fast on a KZread video after reading a title
Great
Hey Tim and company, if you’re looking for a new subject, I might be of interest. I’m an aspiring filmmaker who suffers from anxiety and imposter syndrome, too afraid to put myself out there in front of the world. Listening to your podcast has given me a lot more courage than I’ve previously had. I’d be willing to give it a try if it meant working with you. And hey, if not, it was worth a shot.
This was 10 years ago? Jesus. Concepts still apply.
Great episode

He put this video out a while back. I'd love to see an update on where she is at now.
