When my nephew was a toddler (about 30 years ago) he fell down some very short stairs.. 2-3 from memory. Anyway, he fell down.. then stood up, brush himself off, looked back at the stairs, down at his feet, brushed his head, all very calm and then turned around and saw his parents and me and his grandparents just staring at him with concerned faces. Yeah, in our real world public awareness, She Hulk has the second most incidents of 4th wall break after Deadpool. There are actual covers of her talking crap to the guy who draws her (who is also depicted on the cover) which is real fun, when you know that the comics creators know where to draw the line and poke some fun and take everyone along for the ride. Too bad that the show was crap and that the way they tried to introduce this thing in the show was even crappier. The character is amazing and they could have done fantastic, both funny AND adventurous things. Instead we got that (not even steaming hot) pot of crappola.

As someone who worked both at a tax prep office and a welfare office, i can confirm that i have in fact had people honestly report illegal income. In neither case did they get in trouble. We put the income down, complete the task at hand, move on with our lives. No one's calling the cops. At least at the county job, it would have actually been illegal for me to report anything to the cops. Data practice requirements.

When my kids take a fall and start to cry, I just poke them with my foot and tell them to get up and keep walking. No coddling. Now, even if they get scratched up and bloody, they'll stand back up and calmly walk home to get patched up. I've seen kids throw a fit and have a meltdown from even minor fumbles, and its quite sad to see the parent's lack of parenting skills. Definitely doesn't prepare those kids for when shit really hits the fan.

OK but that's a pretty reasonable thing, preservation of infrastructure is what taxes are for. It's when they aren't being spent properly that there are problems or when they're spent on ridiculous projects destined to fail so the money can be pocketed by greedy jerks. Paying to maintain a vital thing for all life seems pretty decent in comparison. Be a good councilman and ensure no money gets into the wrong pockets or comes from strange sources pushing for strange things.

I'm sure if Henry didn't wash it'd be gross too as according to medical websites they say it "can build up too and attention should be paid to clean it as with boys not circumcised". Who are these guys that don't wash?!? Because teenage boys learn (without help from others) to "wash" themselves in the shower, repeatedly with fast hand movements, making it probably the cleanest part of their bodies! So the guy in the video (or the above 28 year old) had to have some weird puritan thoughts to not touch himself ... even when washing.

It's like 0.1% of men that get circumcised later in life, with repeated or severe infections being the biggest reason for having it done. Foreskin infections are estimated to occur in 10% of men. So probably somewhere in the single digit percentile of men don't wash their junk. Edit: I just realized that the 10% is probably just uncircumcised men, which would mean that both more men overall don't wash their junk and the percent of uncircumcised men that don't wash it is probably closer to that 10% than further from it.

Interesting bit of trivia about the metric system: It was originally a French invention to simplify international trade and ensure compatibility of manufactured goods during the start of the industrial revolution, but ended up surpassing the regional standards in most areas do. The reason it never took off in the states is that the ship that was supposed to deliver the tools needed to set us to the metric standard was lost at sea. By the time a second attempt to introduce it was made; we already had so much built according to our standards that changing over would've just caused nightmares with our infrastructure and maintain our existing properties as the new tools wouldn't fit old parts as precisely and vice versa.

I agree because that may be what grabs the attention of the “reviewers”, but he’s mentioned the reasons they claim for the strikes and that has to do with what’s in the videos. And apparently what’s not in the videos too. What I would recommend is not doing the test uploads it’s probably coming off like the “don’t touch the boat” scene in Finding Nemo since they’ve had so many strikes. But it likely doesn’t matter how they operate now anyway since monetization stopped.

The gentleman on Fox News who said the thing about boobs was a comedian who was trolling the network. This has been a common thing because the trolls will make an unusual statement that sounds somewhat right wing and Fox will try to get them on their show without vetting them. Like when someone said they weren’t voting for Obama’s second term and when asked why by the anchor, he said “Because I lost a bet.” Fox doesn’t vet their guests very well.

They changed the thumbnail to something more sexualised, and it's maybe one of the most sexualised they ever put up. I hope they have thought it well

:54 I'm sure someone already commented, but it's more about babies being very sensitive to the emotions of others (since that's usually all they have to communicate with as they can't word good yet). Of course they never bonked their heads, but because the parents are acting concerned and upset as if they actually did, they're gonna start crying like they hit their head for real because everyone ELSE they see is acting concerned so clearly something happened. That's also why you need to be very upbeat and encouraging if they try something. don't lose your concern if they're doing something potentially harmful to themselves (such as trying to walk unsupported), but if you rush over all upset and fretful the moment they fall over, they're going to think they really did to bad or hurt themselves. Now, if they fall over and start crying even though you're happy and encouraging, that's something else and likely an actual injury or concern.
