RECIPE AND INGREDIENTS:
3 eggs.
Apple Cider Vinegar.
iceberg lettuce
Boil eggs until cooked.
Cucumbers 5 pcs.
1 small onion.
Canned corn 150 gr.
Cherry tomatoes 250 gr.
2 small avocados
juice of 1/2 lemon.
If we use lemon juice, the avocado will not darken.
Olives 10 pcs.
make salad dressing!
olive oil 50ml
Sunflower oil 50ml.
Soy sauce 30ml.
1 clove of garlic.
basil.
Herbs of Provence.
lemon juice.
Mix well.
1/2 baguette.
Salt.
Fry the bread for 2-3 minutes on both sides.
Parmesan 80 gr.
Enjoy your meal!

Das ist gemischter Salat! Aber alles gesund! Mache jede Zutat extra an! Und ordne es dann farbmaessig nebeneinander an, auf einer Platte. Macht etwas mehr Arbeit, sieht aber toll aus . Das Auge isst mit!
