This song has a very powerful message to a very serious subject. Love that Home Free isn't afraid to tackle the issue of bullying. And I really appreciate that Home Free doesn't take the limelight away from the original artist & the message. Both of these young actors have Down Syndrome & they did an awesome job in their parts!

Its those things that those who love you will will fall for. Meaning its the imperfections that make you perfect in the eyes of others.

A beautiful collaboration. Mark Wills is a great singer. And then my favorite group Home Free in the background sounds fabulous. A beautiful song and video with a sad subject and important message. I know what bullying is. Not by children, but by the teachers. I never told my family and thought I could handle it all. Now I am almost 59 years old, and only 2 years ago did I find out what bullying has determined my life. It's so good that it's getting attention. Because bullying has to end. Think about what you're doing to someone like that.

I’ve always loved Marc Wills, and especially this song!! Great reaction, Cliff! I coach for a special needs sports league. We play softball, football, basketball, volleyball, cheerleading, golf, bowling, etc. when we have volunteers who come help, or even new people who have never seen them play before, they are always amazed at how much our athletes can do and they always leave with a full heart and a smile!! Our players range from 4-68yrs old, and they have a very wide range of “different abilities” (we don’t use the word disabilities). Down syndrome, autism, non verbal, walkers, wheelchairs, blind, deaf, etc, no matter if to mental or physical, nothing holds them back! They give it they’re all every time they put on that uniform and step onto that field, and they never say they can’t…they just continue to push themselves to learn and do better the next time!! We could all learn so much from them! If we all had they’re mentality and outlook on life, this world would be a much better place, that’s for sure!! It’s such a huge blessing to work with this wonderful organization, and it’s truly changed my life for the better! And as we say at the Field Of Dreams (the name of our league) …See The Able, Not The Label!!! ❤

I remember hearing this song as a child and it hitting my heart so bad. I was one of those kids that was left out and bullied because of my weight. Songs like this are always ones that stick in my heart and live rent free in my brain.

I'm 70 now..I would get off the bus to break up fights of strangers..then figure out how I would get home...it never occurred to me to mind my business... I've not grown an inch since..either in height or purpose...at 5 feet I have no idea of my physical stature.. kind of like a Chihuahua..lol... The man on the corner in the wheelchair..lost his wife and little boy.. I know that type of loss..and I become emotional each time I hear it... Thank you...🌿🌿🌿

The same lyrics, yes. Otherwise the original had a full band behind him. Lol Minor difference. 😑 The song sounds similar because Mark, himself, is still singing lead. One thing you can always count on with HF is they'll never try to upstage their guest artist! 😉 I think it's great that he and Home Free have given new life to it! The original came out over 25 years ago. Man, I feel old.
