Unbelievable. As a musician I understand the practice and talent to pull that off. It’s a shame that the average person doesn’t understand and there is no market for this type of playing. You are unbelievable.

Beautiful arrangement. Fantastic playing. Your non-rushed pace and perfect pauses really show how seasoned you are. You're so good at the technical that you can focus on playing emotionally which this song deserves. Amazing. Is this standard tuning or an open tuning? Thank you for this significant musical contribution my friend.

Thanks very much for your kind words :) The tuning is mostly standard, however the low E string has been tuned to C

Lovely. A great demonstration of so many techniques--but disappointed there was no blues 😊. Photography great as well.

Love it! I always appreciate when someone can get beyond the typical boxy guitar arrangement. You nailed it beautifully here, so I’ll check out more of your stuff. Curious what you use to pickup the percussion sounds or were they cleaned up in post? I remember reading about Michael Hedges’ rig with multiple pickups ( sunrise, piezo and a cducer I think) that he blended to taste. Best, Jamie

Hey, Thanks for your kind words. The audio actually comes mainly from a condenser mic rather than the pickup, I find that gives a better overall :)

@@RichardBurrellMusic Interesting. I always prefer mics with acoustic as well, but always curious how others capture that percussive style. If the end result is musical is doesn't really matter, but recording is my profession, so I'm always looking to learn new methods. You and your engineer did a stellar job!
