Sierra stays true to her Appalachian roots.

One cool cat she is...infinitive mojo, peerless songwriting, once in a generation voice...and dresses in any damn way she wants, to top it off. Amazing lady. Love it.

I can't get this song out of my head. What a gift to live in the same timeline as such a talented artist. To be able to see Sierra actively creativity and touring is such an insanely cool thing.

I definitely hear old time inspiration. I hear some Angeline Baker in the verses.

My eyes and ears are arguing about which of them is the luckiest.

I’m 42, from Texas. Grew up listening to all kinds of music. I discovered this lady just by accident. For the past 3 days I’ve done nothing but randomly listen to this amazing voice. My wife’s been getting jealous 😅 . I really enjoy listening to her music and this song is my favorite.

He's just learning the song - he's conscientiously looking to her for cues, I think. Btw this is a two-chord version; G and D. I'm pretty sure her version with the band on tour goes also to two minor chords along the way. She's a powerhouse for sure 🙂

This is what I’m talking about. Sierra is so great at capturing music from the mountains and keeping it alive. Happy she’s incorporating more fiddle into her music. Hard instrument to play nonetheless. Proud of you Sierra- I’m so very excited for this next album of yours!

I just listened to a beautiful sentimental song sung by a different young lady, perfectly sung. But at moments there were elements of stuffiness, sanctimoniousness in her rendition. STUFFINESS IS ABSENT FROM SIERRA FERRELL'S CREATIONS AND RE-INTERPRETATIONS. in my humble opinion.

I'm not on Facebook or Instagram so I can't keep up with her, but I'll look at her You Tube channel at least once a week to see if anything new is there. And luckily so many of her fans post videos so there's always a fresh supply of Sierra. I love her so much, she's high up on my list of favorites, close to the top if not at the top!

Ameripolitan music is my thing. These awards have my favorite bands and artists. To have Sierra be a part of it is so special. I’m more of a rockabilly cat but Sierra is so awesome and helps promote the Ameripolitan Awards to those unfamiliar.

Sierra is truly one of a kind! She has a voice, a style, and ability to play instruments that only the MOST TALENTED people in the world have. In my opinion nobody holds a candle to her and that says allot because there are MANY talented musicians who can play and sing but her way, her style touches me the deepest

Musically, Sierra Ferrell is in a class/group/category by helfself - with her voice, wide range, nuance, and vocalizations; instrumentation - gets the most emotion out of them - bringing those inanimate objects to life; her movements} and facial expessions (those eyes! 👀communicate so much;, turning a song into nearly a stage play scene; and, finally, her widely different outfits, some bordering on the outlandish, add to the entertainment experience. Sierra must be her own fashion designer, because none of the "regulars" could come up with the ensembles she does. Thank you, Sierra, for sharing all these talents with your fans....and there must be many more every day.

Love Sierra's voice and songs. My ADHD daughter is 25 and loves this song... not hard to see why! but if she gets a violin, I'll be living this song! If that happens, all bets are off and I will get that banjo I have always wanted and talk about driving the three people I live with crazy in this small house. Who am I kidding. We have 12 guitars, a full PA, and a Harley and soon my husband is retiring and the amps are going to get a new lease on life. What the heck... I think I am getting a banjo!
