Claudine is smart to put that pork roast in the crockpot at night, it’s too hot to have the oven on. I hope you have a better day and you slept well with no more spasms. Good morning, Darlene and Claudine! It was so nice to see your beautiful smiles in the car! I understand how good it feels to get out of your home and I'm glad you finally got to get out after 3 weeks. It is horribly hot here too. Our high is supposed to be 99° today but 101° by Monday.

Hot here also. I ride a bike somedays, and for the last few times. I have been riding at 7-30-8pm
