I like using jig's and jerkbaits and Texas rigged straight tail worm's that's my top 3

I love ur vids I learn a lot from u and bass forecast my favorite wintertime lure is probably the lipless crank bait and nice fish

Awesome 🔥vid love the fishing content u put out and the Bible verses and my favorite bait for year around including winter is a swim air doesn’t matter what type of plastic swim bait but I like to pair it on a bass jig head or a strike king squandron jig head I hope I spelled that right lol but that’s what I always caught most of my fish on I caught my personal best on a chatter bait on my bait caster with a zman chatter bait and a strike king rage swimmer 3.5 inch it was a massive large mouth bass I caught it was in the summer it was raining and cold and then it got warmer after the rain passed and the water temp was like 40 to 50 degrees but yeah keep making 🔥 content and never stop fishing love the vids 👊

We have ice on the lakes here in the winter but I would say live bait does the best because fish are really lethargic and don't chase stuff and they slow down in really cold water. I don't usually use baits until may.

Favorite wintertime bait would be a mini spinnerbait with a smaller size fluke style bait as the trailer.

With the blade bait u don’t wanna reel it u wanna just let it hit bottom then pop it vertically and let it hit bottom again

Feel bad for you that your still “ winter fishing”. I live in north florida and we have our spawn in late February so right now I’m fishing with pre-spawn baits. Ps: my favorite baits in the winter time are Ned rigs and oddly enough I have good luck with hard plastic swim baits/glide baits

You really don’t need power to hook set. A firm tug to the side or upward has always got me sufficiently set. You really don’t need to swing your whole body to set the hook.
