The house is very mid-century/retrofuturistic style and I love it! So fun, quirky, and with so much personality.

You got a good pick with yellow- the game has a lot of soft yellow swatches which means it's never too overwhelming. I've really gotten into yellow kitchens in game.

I debated myself wether I should comment that this is gonna go into Sims history as „Lil Simsie‘s piss house“ or if that type of comment would be inappropriate. But then Kayla made a golden shower joke and suddenly I felt seen, understood and at home.

Building in The Sims 4 is like second nature to you, no matter how hard I try I always end up with a huge box😂 I love the build tho❤ gonna use it for my not so berry yellow gen

If you want better Sims houses, study from references and build them in the Sims, and then after that, build the house again from memory without consulting the reference so that you can learn gradually to build from imagination

You know in the spirit of doing fun builds, I just did a malibu barbie beach house build and I had a lot of fun- it was full of things I'd never used before and wouldn't usually, but when you have a theme to go with it just works.

You could have used alt placement to put a different table swatch in place of the black table with the yellow umbrella. I learned that from CarynandConnieGaming

Earlier today made a huehuetl house shell challenge. A huehuetl is an aztec drum, and I made the outside of the house look like one. It was super simple to make and it was fun.

i had that problem as well, i found one of thwo things that fixed it, one taking away the porch area's and adding them after i lifted the house. though sometimes i could just use the porch area and lift the entire house.

I once built a tiny home with the teal & yellow swatches for Tiny Living and I used the yellow metal roof 😂
