Hy Nora I just love you're videos you are amazing on everything you do that's my style because I do the same thing but I don't film it and I am doing with my 3 children's and my wife and they are very happy we are from Romania and we have the Danube River and we go almost every month for one weekend to andjoy ❤❤❤😊😊

A couple of tips for you. If you skin the fish you don't need to scale it. When you go to skin the fish, its better to start at the tail end as it is smaller, then use the knife edge and pull the skin more than pushing the knife. :)
