I know this might be a long shot. If you ever end up with a narrow gauge railway you should create a transfer station that transfers from the main lines to narrow gauge. I love this series and I hope to see more!

❤️ this video!! Huge railfan here and I often use cart-tracks for my stripper mines to get product to the furnaces faster but due to some bugs in these versions it doesn't always work.

I wonder if CSX will add any addition parallel rails for the yard.

Since you like trains I'm gonna recommend you the MTR mod which gives you the ability to create working train networks with fully automated train's and a working ticket system you can set up. But if you're gonna get it than I'll recommend you also add in the Joban client mod, the London underground add on and the station decorations add on. They make this mod even better.

You make the boat train videos for Minecraft ever man keep this up your doing good. And you might even hit 200k soon!

i have combined my minecraft railroad with the minecolonies mod. a functioning NPC village that you are in control of. delivering goods to a actual place is fun.

Hey, I was just wondering if in future videos, you could use more British locomotives? because in the early 1900's, a lot of steam locos were imported to America from Britain, and it would make for a wider variety of trains. you don't have to, just a suggestion. great videos by the way!

Well, this doesn't seem to be pre-1900, which the 1820s-40s were when british locos were used here, seems more like a 1930s vibe with the locomotives being used, but it's is just minecraft. Just saying that british locomotives were not really used here except for the early days, and that didn't last long.

Dangit!! I missed the premiere!! Also, you could store some extra passenger cars in your railyard as well!

There is a mod that adds features from the newer versions into 1.12.2 and also I recommend worldedit for building!

U can have it be operated manualy and from a signabox or interlocking-tower (US name) , by having the redstone lines simply no cross(easy) , and connecting them to a remote lever, just that if 1 is activated changing the other wont do anything since a 1----0 is still a 1 on the line

I know this may be a bit of a sideways thought, but, what about getting the other parts of immersive engineering and running telegraph wires along your mainline and use it to have additional lighting options for all your buildings

I forgot to mention that after so many blocks, a power point will be needed which can be made to look like telegraph points which if I recall correctly were along certain stretches of US rail networks to relay on the wire order updates.

It's kind of frustrating that this mod isn't appearing to be available past 1.12 but I do give you props for working within the limitations that you have bestowed upon yourself.

It would be cool if one of his main goals is to make at least one railway per type of wood the previous one was spruce/acacia, before that was oak, and now birch, I would like to see a station with jungle wood next time.

I’m kinda surprised you didn’t use the c-16 for a switcher locomotive

Maybe you should extend the yard and put a trun table so engines and turn around and also add a station

Give a look at the 'MC Future' mod, it adds a lot of stuff from the newer versions if you want the new blocks

One question, I just started playing immersive railroading and can’t figure out how to use Voxel Trains since when it’s in the resource pack section in the forge profile it doesn’t show in the game. And how did you get the buffers?

Is there any compatible mods that add water towers that you can load water into the steam locomotives along with fueling stations for diesel locomotives?

I'm still waiting for more Immersive Railroading

Maybe you could try and make a departure board at a station (if it is possible given the size).

hey just a thing with i want to say you can use world edit mod for easely fill in stuff

Have you heard of the debug stick? It allows you to forcefully change block states. This means you can make it so that the iron bars don't connect to a nearby block, or that it does connect to the fence!

its not in 1.12.2, which is the version I’m playing in :/

If you were to make a remote place to control all the switches you should do it in a seperate video with the a title along the lines of "I made a working signal box in Minecraft!"

Download packs these packs: Voxel trains v4, gibster's texel trains; in these packs you will get buffers and a variety of trains

How did you get buffers and all that extra stuff? I've been dipping into IR, bc this inspired me, but I can only get the base stuff.

about the iron bars not connecting with fences, why dont you just use a debug stick to add a side to the fences

Kinda wish the mod author didn't stop updating the mod. I hope someday there will be another mod like it. Seems like we will never have consistency with mods due to major changes like the 1.8 update, 1.13 update, and apparently the 1.17 update as well with all the major changes.

if its a diesel or electric locomotive you have to turn it on first

Iron bars in fact Do mesh with fences but I think it’s only in the new versions so rip

Iron bars connect with walls in I think 1.16 and up
