Clearly a nearby house at 14:27, most likely the real source of the water.

These are cool to I agune that two guys did this so quickly but in the very first 30 seconds you can tell how the ground looks that these two didn't clear that spot. It has tracks of a bucket that leveled it and then pushed the dirt down to make it flat and erase its track systems imprint. They are definitely using machinery to do a lot of this.
