I think a child seeing a friend like Barbie when walking in the office would feel comfortable seeing her. I am going to look for this doll, she is wonderful! I think you gentle presence most be a comfort as well.

What a great Barbie set! They were so great in the 90s. You seem like you would be great at making your patients feel comfortable and at ease. I love my dentist’s receptionist. I also would love seeing this Barbie at my dentist! 😊

This is so nostalgic! I had this barbie set in the 90s as a child! Everything down to the little tools brings back such a vivid sense memory, it’s lovely. Also, I’m not surprised your patients have a good experience at your dental office, you always have such a gentle and calming vibe

I appreciate this so much. I enjoy reminding people of their childhood memories. You must be my son's age. I bought this Barbie when he was a little kid. We would go toy shopping together, and I would pick a Barbie so we could play together. Thank you for your kind words.

Thank you! It's really nice to feel comfortable bringing my Barbie to work. I am grateful for the people in my office. We made a Barbie post on our office facebook page too!

If I had been a child visiting the dentist and Barbie had been there I would have thrilled to see her! She's such a lovely doll and her hair looks so soft and beautiful. (Also I LOVE the tooth clock that you have at the surgery.) I've never taken a doll into work with me, although a few people that I'm close to at work know about my doll collecting and YT channel the vast majority of people at work have no idea.

Hello MarchPayne, Sorry for the late reply. I'm glad you liked seeing my Dentist Barbie. Her hair is very soft! We get a lot of comments about our tooth clock at the office. We have two, actually. They are iconic. ha ha. I hope you are able to share your doll hobby and YT channel with more people in your life. I have found that people either smile politely when I talk about dolls and my channel, or they are genuinely interested when they see how excited I get. Take care!

I teach Spanish. I take my Barbie to my classroom and put a "set up" of her teaching Spanish or whatever new concept I want my students to learn. They enjoy looking at "maestra Barbie". These are HIGH SCHOOL STUDENTS. Yeah- they enjoy the mini-maestra.

What a great way to make the dentist fun for your young patients! I was a child of the 80s/90s and I think I remember this doll (she’s very familiar feeling!) And NOO it’s never weird to bring dolls to work, I always have a Sylvanian or five on my desk! My coworkers know about my collecting and are intrigued by it more than anything.
