The "Tested Components" sticker is an FCC certification that none of the components will cause any radio interference. It has nothing to do with the actual operation of the system.

@@SpencerPetaluma That's not really an indication of it being turned on. SIs use customized Windows installations that have all relevant drivers and software baked into the install. The image is simply copied onto the drive. This can all be done before the drive is even installed in the case. Another comment mentioned this potentially being a returned unit, due to the missing mouse pad and packing foam. If that is the case, it could explain the fully updated drivers. It's entirely possible this is not how the system came from iBuyPower.

@@DawidDoesTechStuff Yeah. A lot of industries require that certification like Emergency Services. Any place that is UL or CE certified will only use equipment that has that certification. Channelwell (CWT) has made good power supplies in the past. They are OEM suppliers for many brands such as Corsair and others. If I recall the Corsair 650W CXM as well as some of their TX series were built by CWT. As you know, Corsair actually does not make any of their power supplies but contracts other manufacturers to make them (same with other "brands" except Seasonic). The actual PSU manufacturing companies include Fortron Source (FSP), Channelwell (CWT), Seasonic, SuperFlower and Enermax to name a few. So it seems Ibuypower skipped the middleman company and went straight to the actual manufacturer to help reduce cost, which may be a smart move.

Hey Dawid, make sure to do a follow up video where you take the machine apart and rebuild it your own way, simulating what a skilled user would do to upgrade this rig - add better RAM in dual channel, fix the issues inside the machine, put a real cooler on, set up XMP, CPU, and GPU overclocking, and see how the rig performs after all the tweaking. I suspect this puppy has more to give, though the big glass covering the front intake isn't encourging. I'd rather they ship machines in the Cougar MX330-G because at least that one has front airflow mesh intake...

My first time commenting on your channel Dawid, and I’ll be subscribing.... I did something I didn’t think I’d do. I bought a prebuilt from Walmart simply because I couldn’t get a graphics card anywhere... For the price and what I got I was pleasantly surprised.... It only had two red flags... the infamous one stick of 8 gigs of Ram, but I already had a 2 x 8 gigs of 3000 MHz crucial balistix and the psu ... so I grabbed a basic 600 watt evga 80+ on sale for $39.99 for that... I basically wanted something newer to get me by for the next year at 1080p gaming for a year I got a MSI Ageis at Walmart for $799 USD Had a single stick of 8 gig memory, a 256 WD green ssd, 1 tb WD blue HDD, a basic MSI intel motherboard, 10th Gen f series intel i5 and a MSI Ventus OC 1660 Super gpu... On Amazon I couldn’t find that gpu for under $900 because of the “shortage” My temps have been fine... For $799 USD I don’t think it was to bad

The fact that they have to put a sticker on the rear I/O panel covering the HDMI port and pointing to the GPU outputs telling you to use those instead, shows precisely who their target market is: people who have absolutely zero clue about PC hardware, so even if they took the side panel off and looked inside to find an absolute dumpster fire they’d have no idea what they’re looking at. That’s why these companies have no vested interest in making their prebuilts better. Anyone who does isn’t going to buy this anyway, except to laugh at it in a review.
