Really nice truck, I got an l200 last November and love it, looks good and really nice to drive. Had two Isuzu and one Mazda pickup and this is by far the best one 😀👍🏻

Nice truck Josh. Perfect for your needs. I was thinking of getting the L200 for carrying detecting kit or paddleboards etc and keeping all the dirt/sand in the back away from the seats. Thank goodness I didn't as since covid appeared I have barely driven anywhere. It would be a big beast to be lying around on the drive. Once things settle down again I'll have a rethink. It was nice to have a little tour. You'd make a good car salesman!! Lol.

A friend of mine has a set of bigger wheels with BF tyres on but I think I need to save a few pennies first! 😂

The law has changed as of December last year there is no longer trailer test you can tow on a standard driving license

I got a l200 titan a month ago . Very nice like you say they are a little less of a spec than the barbarian and warrior but . They make up for it in other areas I believe . Keyless entry etc .. ps mine doesn’t have a tow bar or bumper either 😅 and mines In arctic blue

One thing not be high road tax and should be good on fuel i had a disco 3 high road tax 25 mpg. As long as your dog happy in the back. and a Japanese make should just go for ever

What's the fuel like on this? I use the motorway on weekend, 140 miles, and takes about £25 in my mx5. Also, what's it like in ice/ frost on roads? Thanks.

Fuel is better than I thought it would be. £75 filled the tank last weekend when I went away, did 450 miles on it on motorway cruising. Around the 34/35 mpg. Haven’t had it on any ice yet

@@JMFarming Thank you that's really good actually on fuel, for me at least. I've heard the engine on the older models aren't reliable, the newer ones with the facelift like yours are they any better? No worries if you don't know. Really appreciate the reply btw!

I di, it put me off for a long time too! Tried to find a non vat one for ages but they are rather rare! bit the bullet in the end!

It’s a shame Mitsubishi are pulling out of the U.K. market as they make a good pick up.

Yeah, it is! I did quiz the dealers on it when I bought this one! It's because of the emission regulations apparently. But it's not for another 12 months and there are 2 enormous shipments coming into the UK before the deadline. He was also quite hopeful they would be able to tweak them to get them in going forward!

@@JMFarming, I’m sure you will get years of good service out of yours so it’s not so much of a problem for you but many people have bought these repeatedly every couple of years and will now have to change brands ! I have a Hilux 3.0 D4d and an L200 was on the short list but the Hilux turned up with no VAT lol.
