FYI, when you're changing lanes on AutoPilot, leave the turn signal on and it will automatically turn it off when it has finished the lane change. Turning it off too early may confuse AP. Also, only the Model X has the Christmas dance that you mentioned David's does. Congrats on the amazing new car! It's far and away the best vehicle I've ever owned. Enjoy!

Vin 42k ...26k mileage MODEL3 Two road trips 2,268 miles. $ 97 bucks @ supercharger-- California power rates mostly. 4300 miles across Oregon, Idaho, Wyoming, Nebraska, Missouri, and back via Kansas. (better route, Kansas is neat) No problems.... more explosive than my Z-4 BMW Bought over 5 new rigs in my life....Tesla done right & the bigge no C02. GAS & DIESEL vs. electric motor....no comparison. Get rid of stinky....go Tesla

Great vid, glad you love the car! FYI, Smart Summon, where the car will come to you in a parking lot, is actually set for wide release within the next few weeks, assuming all goes well with the remaining beta testers. The latest videos of it in action have been pretty cool to watch. That will be bundled with Version 10 of Tesla's software, which will come packed with a bunch of other new features, including a car karaoke mode among many other things. You picked an exciting time to become a Tesla owner! 😀

EVs are the new iPhones. I remember being one of those die hard flip phone people refusing to switch over to iPhones because my flip phone battery lasts 4-5 days. Made the switch and realized how stupid I was for all those years touting flip phones. Lol. I imagine that’s how all those gas car owners are going to feel when they finally convert over to electric. Haha.

Electric vehicles have advantages but they will never have the character of some of the louder gas cars if you're a car guy like me. Also Samsung is better than iPhone.

Get it wrapped or paint protected if you haven't already because the paint tends to be lower quality and scratches really easy. I work at a car wrapping shop and see these all the time getting protected cause of the paint. Just a heads up👌🏻

@@samtabor for just trickle charge it with a standard 110 outlet if you don't put too many miles on it a day. i think you can get 30 to 40 miles overnight by trickle charging
