They are really good woods/play bikes, especially for what they come with. Iv seen a few people take them right to rookie class GNCC or Senior woods races, they dont need anything to get out and ride. Iv had a few SSR's, they are a bit heavy but are built like tanks. The biggest issues was the carb's, but the '22 and up 300's got an updated pumper carb and airbox. The NC 250/300 engines are super reliable and torquey.

One thing I’m planning to do this year is do one race with the bike. Being I’m over 40…hopefully I won’t die on the track. 😂 But thank you, thank you for the help. I might even do one of those enduro bike races my bud does that is like 2 loops, 25/30 mins long in the countryside. They have those types of races here and there all around me so might try for the fun of it and film it. 😁👍

The box on the exhaust is an expansion chamber. Kinda works like how a two stroke does and adds a little power to the motor.

@@Clintastic a new pipe would probably help. but i think most importantly overall air flow should be focused on.

Better check your spokes on your wheels , that chain rattle is only prob I'm having with 22 model , really like the bike though .

I’ve got a 20 model the carb and the chain was junk other than that a solid bike

@@Clintastic I went with the lectron carb and it was 100% better but It still could use a little more tweaking. I’ve not had time to hardly even ride it anymore with work and kids. I’ve always heard the newer bikes carb was a lot better what issues are you having

For me… the plastics were really cheap bcs normally if i run into something it it will just bend but they break easy i had to replace my front fender
