Most male rabbits go sterile temporarily after a certain period of 80-85° temps consecutively. Having them together wont get you any babies and can cause stress and fighting during this time of the year. I would separate them into their own cages and introduce them back together in the fall. For best results put female into males cage for 10-15 minutes and then remove or after a few good fall offs. Good luck with the rabbits bud.

Great video! I used to do the same thing with rabbit and quail! Most of them I would sell as meat. Just got to far to the livestock markets after the closer ones closed up. Good Luck with them! I'm sure you're going to do well with them.

Hold the rabbits for an auction in two months (cooler). You had many quail in the past, but you must have sold them. I’d love to see you sell the some of the quail and keep some for the eggs. Anyhow, that’s my 2 cent thought. Keep up the good work. Your videos are really fun to watch.

I would have bought all of the sebastopol geese. They look bad now because of the breeding season and they are molting. Give them time and room and they will look great. That was a buy.

On paper, incubating eggs sounds very easy but in practice what’s normally considered a “failure” grade can be considered a gold star job done. My machines have been working all year and I am ready for a break!

46 years a go i sold my giant french lops and my kids ( goat..perfect size for easter market) the rabbits sold for $ 25 each and the goats sold for $20... made me think that i should have kept the rabbits for breeding.

Is this Yoder Auctions? I just realized I've been assuming this entire time I've watched you. I watch the prices on rabbits and birds because I'd like to take some out and buy as well when my van is out of the shop.

Is it just me or does this guys animal enclosures make anyone else feel physically ill when they see them? And same goes for all the places he buys his animals from? It’s just cruel to house animals in such dilapidated environments like that. I’ve seen animals housed better in places like Asia and Africa, on farms and in markets too. Stop buying more animals, stop supporting sellers who sell animals that way, and invest in some decent infrastructure first. You’d literally be fined and have to go to court if you kept animals that way here in Australia.
