You need to ask to speak with the Post Master. Then just tell them you ship a lot of packages daily and ask what the best way to drop them off would be, that makes it easiest for them. You could even ask if it would be best to drop them off at the back. They would probably appreciate that and it would make drop offs easier for you.

My post office, now remind you a town of 600, we have 2, yes 2.... and I have to drive 25mins down around the mountain when A package comes, they say if it doesn't fit in your mail box then you need to come pick up. Lazy F'ers

Our post office let's us pull up to their back loading dock and always have a cart outside for us. We back in, unload and wheel the cart into the back door.

That happened to me only once... My fix was to bring someone with you. You stay in line and have the other person bring in the packages.. Trust me when I say the counter clerk will have to scan them all while you wait and laugh.. That will NEVER happen again

My post office handed out a entry to win lunch one day for businesses. Well my girl left me a form (I feel so special she thinks I’m really a business 😂) and they called me to discuss my needs! It was nice!

I do pick up now but I used to take them all to the po and became great friends with the postmaster. I would bring my ikea bags full and just hand them to her over the counter. Then next day I would get my bags back. I would never leave them on the floor people can walk away with them.

That storm had a massive squall line and it hit my area hard,we haven't had this much damage,death and injuries since hurricane Michael. A huge Tornado cut across Bay County Florida where I live and continued across the neighboring areas. Alot of people still without power,it hit about a half mile from my home,my family was blessed and no damages. Prayers to everyone that has been affected.😢

Patricia, I am south of Tallahassee and we can't seem to catch much of a break from the weather since last September. We have not cleaned up all the damages (trash, trees and limbs) from hurricane Idalia yet and here comes another storm. Don't misunderstand, I am grateful that my home was not seriously damaged. The weather has been crazy! Many people lost their homes during the hurricane. Bad weather is no joke, we were without electricity and water for 6 days.Thank God we made it through it all and continue to pray for our and everyone's safetiness.

Most post offices have a door for other carriers and a doorbell. If you ring the doorbell, they will usually come help you and provide a cart. That way you don't have to wait in line every time.

Listing is indeed soothing and I always like to have some reseller's channel on the background to get me in the zone.

your post office sounds like mine (grumpy employees) and I suspect many others. At mine the drop bin has been broken for years now. if I use self serve to scan there is nowhere to put packages. If I drop in regular first class mail boxes inside they yell at me. They have a cart at the self serve but they do not watch and anybody can steal from it. Theft is a problem at my post office. It ends up that people stack pre-paid packages at the end of the counter at the lower counter intended for people with disabilities. that even gets overcrowded. I don't even try pick-up. I get my mail delivered somedays at 7pm. call the postmaster...very funny. always no answer. I drive 20 mins away to use another post office.

Hey I was at your Dibdit auction. If I may suggest, when you sell stuff like Madballs, please let us know what year they are. I wasn’t sure if they were the originals from the 80s or the reissues from the early 2000s or the more recent reissues. If people know what they are you’re more likely to get more bids. I bid, but didn’t want to overspend if they were recent reissues. I didn’t have time to look them up before the auction ended. I would have possibly bid more if I knew. Just a suggestion.

I bring my post office workers kolaches about once a month. And they are always super nice to me. I never stand in lines.

I only give the postal workers treats for holidays. They still appreciate anything given. I always buy sealed items not home made since the pandemic.

My post office everyone is nice. And when they aren't they get attitude from the workers. I LOVE people watching in the post office and thrift stores.

You would love or post office here in Burbank. I can drive to the back to the dock where the mail trucks unload their packages into big bins. I just pull right up and throw the packages into the ground or priority bins. Is the warehouse closed off and they need to let you in or meet you there? Or is there bins just out there that you can fill. If you don't need anyone to meet you there or open something for you, and you can just drop off, can you just ask them if you can just go there all the time to drop off? And for the people worried about dropping off in back. Our dock has mail trucks coming in and out all the time and there is a person that is on the dock/in the warehouse pulling carts out to the dock and loading into simi trucks.

You should be able to take your packages to the back without even asking, I’m sure they’d prefer it. Mine wants me to just leave at the dock.

I don’t know how many post office locations you have near you but someone in my city said the post office closest to him is not happy because he always drop off so many packages so he went to a different ones and the other one is much nicer to him.

Dave, just drive round the back and tell them you post this much daily or weekly and no carts so can you always do back door. I'm sure they will let you.

If your post office has an active dock in the back like ours here in Wilkes-Barre. I drive right into the back and load them on the U-boats and then they put them in Gaylord and put them on the trucks. They didn’t want me bringing all the packages inside the post office.

So I wanted to also ask since you mentioned all the time you had to put into to editing, what editing software do you use/recommend?

I always reach out to a disgruntled buyer and offer a refund proactively. I have saved myself a few of those negative feedbacks over the past few years by showing them I genuinely want them to be satisfied with their purchase, and if they’re not, I want to try and fix it. If you offer them a refund, even if they refuse, eBay will usually come in and help even if the buyer refused to change it upon your request. Just a thought.

Dave, I always ask for pictures or a return before I refund. When I do refund, I make a claim with the carrier (easy), then I'm reimbursed. Some don't want to deal with filing a claim, but it keeps losses at a minimum, and it's really simple. I usually receive a check within a week or so.
