How do you call yourself a treasure hunter and know jack about coin collecting I knew about coins since I was 10 years old and I learned about what coins were worth money, also clad or silver color coins made before 1964 were made of 90 percent silver and Kennedy half dollars made 1965,66,67,68 were made of 40 percent silver, the Stars by the serial number on paper money are sought after because star mows a rare and worth more then face value, but nothing crazy, but I also saw a star note with a serial number starting with 4 zeroes 0000 they are sought after also. Go out and buy the "red book" for us coins so you know values if you have any coin questions just ask I will give a quick response and it will be very honest. Tommyd

@@TreasureHuntingWithJebus If you do still have that money you found it would be worth the time to see if they are worth more than face value, some could be because they are older and some collectors will pay more for them. The one with the star on it could be worth alot. I enjoyed the video, keep up the good work.

When I saw that clothes hamper pulled out, I thought of my grandmother. She was a pack-rat, but very tidy. When she passed, my parents found clothes hampers in her basement with linens inside...with valuables and jewelry hidden between the layers! Always check the linens!! Lol!

Dude! Feragamo Shoes! Very pricey! Brand name! Very recognizable! I worked in a Shoe dept. At a Notable Retail Store. Lol.

Those looked to be olderish bills. They could be worth more money. Old 50s and 100s are worth more if in great condition. Hope he didn’t just spend them.

Just wanted to say a big thankyou, because of you two after bei g together for 17 years, 13 years of marriage, 11 children, and now 19 grandchildren we are finally going to take a well needed vation next june 2021 to Kelleys Island!!!

Don’t go to pawn shops to verify watches etc. go to a reputable jeweler or the store itself. I appreciate that you donate the stuff you don’t keep instead of trashing stuff.

Nothing wrong with going to a REPUTABLE pawn shop. I’m fortunate enough to have an excellent pawnshop near me that has taught me a ton about gold, silver, and platinum.

This was so much fun. I wish i could come help you go through things. I love digging in boxes. Congratulations! Fair-a-gaamo is how you pronounce that shoe name. I'd take the pottery pieces to a museum and have them checked out.

Senario, husband runs off, wife puts his stuff in storage (all the wallets), and moves to Fla, which is why the snow shovels are in there. Could happen. lol

Awesome score!!!! Check the serial numbers on the bills. If you find * after the number, people like to collect those. If the numbers are like birthdates, very valuable and if you have both on one, good score! Even if the numbers look special (like a bunch of the same numbers, or 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 or 2 4 6 8 8 6 4 2 for examples).

Oh I got so excited. when you bought another storage unit. I love the last one. This time I was sitting on my couch squealing like a little kid. Every time you pulled out a wallet. I would highly suggest taking the statue and pottery to an expert.

Small piece of advice for you. Please wear some good gloves when going through all that stuff. Never know when you might run through something and get a needle that that pokes you.

That's older real money. Take them to a dealer. The $50 dollar bills are probably series 1969 gonna be hard to spend nowadays, they used different paper back then and the stupid marking pens the stores use show em as counterfeit. I've had to argue more than once with stupid kids thinking they are fake... I'm like no kid, this is REAL u.s. cash. Before they shamefully turned our cash into garish looking funny money.

It kills me that he's stuffing the money in his pocket. Bless! Those old bills are collectible to some.

Hey just to let you know I collect money and looking at those hundred dollar bills in American money and all those 20s and 50s you might want to go have it checked out by a coin collector and bill collector it could be worth thousands if not Millions because if you have the right ones and sequence then you could possibly have a lot more money than you think some bills have certain sequence and also all the numbers that are on the bills they mean something and if you find the right ones you can have more than what you ever could think of check it out before you spend any of it I hope it's not too late
