Awesome - Did turbo inlets on ours after snooping around the forums and reading about failures. Also did downpipes, exhaust, and tune of course.

I did on a 765LT a few years ago, it's basically the same

Congrats Sean. Great to see you with the new beast. Why is the back window out? When we talked about doing the accumulators on mine, McLaren houston ended up putting the 765LT ones and so far zero issues.

It's easier to tint with the back window out. I just put 765 accumulators on mine.

I always struggle between a 720 Coupe or Spider mainly because I love the fact that on the Spider the rear window can be lowered but this might be the perfect version with the rear window removed 🤔

I don't think you wanna do window removed, that's literally the interior exposed, and air flow is designed for it to be there so who knows what could happen without it there.

Had some friends tell me you picked up this car. I hope you have better luck with it than I did, car blew its trans at 10k miles and had to go sit at multiple different dealerships until Excell Auto Group replaced the trans. I will say that I never tracked the car while I had it.

I do, we do PPI's and sometimes know customers selling cars too.

Any chance it had an odometer blocker on it? I've seen a bunch lately that the wear isn't congruent with the odometer reading... love you videos!

Not this car, only wear consistent with track use is brake pads and the underbody scoops broken. I do have the ability to look at mileage on the cluster vs the rest of the car to see if a blocker has been used. I'm betting the cars you're describing are in Charlotte or Miami, for reasons you should be suspicious. Rental cars being sold after the fact are a key offender.

Hi Sean, I have owned BMWs for years and am a DIY guy. I am really considering picking up a 570s second-hand or last resort, in good running condition, salvaged. Any advice you can provide would be appreciated.

On 570's you want 2017 or newer. Salvage should definitely be a last resort as some will meticulously repair while others just throw it together. That's where a PPI comes in also.

They were taking a loss no matter what and didn't want to budge. Even with those things wrong it was a good deal. The cost to fix them wasn't as much as the difference from the market value.
