K20A is such a good engine, definitely makes the car.

Welcome to the club. I own a 2003 Type S in Silver and love it to death. Shifter upgrades are the best bang for the buck. Super cheap and easy to do, with a noticeable difference in positive shifting feel.

it always amazes me how people who have driven 100s and even 1000s of cars prior, drive a DC5 and can't shake it. It leaves a mark on your soul. I'll keep my Type-S forever and plan on importing a Type-R to the U.S. when available. blessings on your purchase!

DC5 owner 10 years here, best thing I ever bought

Any k20 type r is amazing. Good choice. Few tips. Change the PCV valve. It's 40 quid and really easy. For the break pads look at PBS protrack or prorace. Really good pads and little break dust too.

You’ll not loose a penny owning a type R I have an ep3 type R mapped on k100 and absolutely love it, and has been the most reliable car I’ve ever owned honestly nothing goes wrong with it and it surprises quite a lot of cars on the road

Bro. That rocker cover would look mint sprayed in like a colour matched black with red flecks/glitter

There is just something about the prefacelift in black that is just so right. Nighthawk is the best black as well. My ep3 is the same.
