I feel like it would be such a good example for young people looking to do the same thing at some point :)

Wow it’s so sad that the owner of the home passed away and there was no one who could keep his belongings such as his photos. It’s almost like his legacy and story ended there. I hope you’re able to honor his life in some way 🙏🏼

@@MissTiffanyMA Its really weird to me that you would work in such a filthy environment with possible fleas and bedbugs and then go to such nice places in those same clothes without showering! I really can't wrap my head around this.

My OCD and need for things to be clean and organized is cringing so hard right now. You're so brave doing this! I know you are very smart and creative person, so I have much hope you can turn this around! I'm appalled they took $20,000 to clean and didn't clean. I would demand a refund, that's unacceptable.

As someone who grew up with hoarders; it is definitely a mental health thing and unfortunately you cannot help people who don't want to be helped :(

I work in Adult Services and sadly whenever someone is reported for self neglect or hoarding, the adult can deny service so it can get difficult to help them if they themselves don’t want the help 🙁 I am excited to see the full process of the flip. I love those antique pieces! If you’re looking to get rid of them, I like close to LA and would make the drive to pick them up. I’m in love 😻

Yessss please share with us all the details! I know some of it sounds boring but I swear we don’t think it is! Like how much you bought it for, how did you finance it, how did you find it, what analysis you did to make sure it was a good buy, how you found your partners and the details of your partnership, etc!

You should’ve kept some of the old stuff to flip and use in the final renovation to commemorate the person who passed away. Such as the cabinet, some of the tiles, an old picture you could frame etc

I need a follow up on what you did about the 20k you lost paying the estate to clean the house out first. I would not take that as a loss.

Are you going o sue to get your money back? I mean $20k may be nothing to you, but if I paid someone $20k to clean up a space and they left it like that, they'd get sued and I'm sure I'd win in court.

Maybe vlog some bits and pieces or maybe make a instagram live story series too would be nice to watch! I really like seeing people redo whole houses especially making it into their own! :D

So I think usually houses in this condition were broken into and trashed or ransacked, or someone has been using it as a dumping ground. At least that's what it looks like. They probably were a bit of a hoarder sure, but I'm guessing someone broke in and destroyed it. I really doubt anyone actually lives like that, or at least I hope so!!!

Favorite cuisine is Thai and Hmong 😋

I got a friend who’s literally like this and we’ve tried to get her help but she’s just beyond help. Her mom was the same way so she picked it up from her. I stopped goi my to her house, I stop eating from anything she makes and she has two little kids and it breaks my heart they can’t really move around freely.
