I'm sorry sir, but you are proposing a machine that will not work, unless you continuously go down hill. The amount of energy that must be put into a machine, be it mechanical, or electrical, will always be greater than the power generated. There are inherent energy losses in every machine that cannot be recovered. The drag created by the generator is greater than the energy that it can produce for the drive motor. This will not propel the bike by even one foot farther than the initial charge in the battery before you started. What you are proposing is called a "perpetual motion machine" and mankind has been trying to build such a machine for hundreds of years without success. You seem like a very nice person, and I wish you the best.

@@AljFajardo24 Did you repurpose a small charge controller that is usually used for a wind power or solar power setup? Also be aware now that what used to be an impossibility in physics is now a possibility due to the invention of opamps. You can use the mystical negative impedance circuit, now possible with opamps, to eliminate loading on the generator. Also creative use of Zeners in the rectifying circuit could help.

Nope, the usual pedal assisted ebikes, dont bring back electricity to the battery, it draws electricity in small amount to assist your pedalling

Nope your wrong all parts that we used are from previous ebikes that we collected, LOL instructions? I can tell even if i'm sleeping 'coz we're the one's who did this by ourselves, i challenge you to build your own :)

It's not self charging it's when you turn off the connection to the hub and when you pedal the hub will serve as the alternator so it should be called e bike than can be charge when normal pedalling

It is not 30 amps because you can tell by the wire sizes used, they are too small to handle 30 amps. If it was 30 amps then the wires would melt with those tiny wires.

I see nothing that would recharge the battery. Now maybe if he put two hoverboard motor on the front wheel. He could recharge the battery but I'm not seeing anything like that.

Yes, there's an improvised switch that we used as you can see on the video so that you can choose to turn the e-abs on or off

@@AljFajardo24 ok this is the key. and engine rotation matters. An engine that usually runs at 3000 RPM and we "generator" mode by pedaling the engine at 100 RPM, will not develop the voltage and amperage required for charging.

RPM is not a big deal, if you have a hub that has a high wattage it will produce more current and voltage needed to charge the battery

Nakuha ko na concept mo ... Pwede ka mag pedal para marecharge mo yung battery mo gamit ang motor sa hub para pwede mo magamit paahon... Di ba nakakaapekto sa performance ng battery mo in the long run? .. kaya gusto mo ng dalwang hub para sa next project mo pRa di kana mag pedal para macharge ang battery mo

Hindi naman dir kasi may smart controller naman na mag rregulate ng charge pabalik sa battery. Or kahit pababa i oon lang switch ng regen yup dual hub and dual batt next project sir

hi, thanks for the constructive criticism, well, all electric hub can produce AC electricity during in motion, but NOT ALL controllers has the features or capability to return that electricity to the batteries, "durog battery mo jan"... not true if you have super capacitor paralleled to the battery 'coz it will catch the sudden electricity being put back and will be distributed evenly on the batteries :)

Yes when the e-abs is activated the hubs' motion will produce electricity, if the controller has a regen function it will return the electricity back to the battery
