I bought a Mercedes CLK 230k a few years ago for £995.00 with a new MOT. I drove it everywhere for a year enjoying the leather and air con etc etc. A decent drive for very little money. ANYWAY. I MOT’d the car a year later which it passed with only a few advisories and I sold it for £1250.00. Never let me down or had a single issue. Cheapest year of motoring ever!

Did a similar thing with a CLK 240 (baby V6) £600 72k miles sorted it and has never misses a beat. Very good car and they still look good 20 years down the line

I drive one of those Merc C220 coupes and its a brilliant car but I get the oil changed regularly and deactivate the stop start. Lack of oil changes and the stop start seem to be the main causes of the chains wearing. If I got chain rattle I'd also get it looked at. They're good cars if looked after but this one seems to have been neglected. Have you thought about messaging Salvage rebuilds UK? It might be the sort of thing they'd be interested in to fix up and would make a good youtube crossover?

I’ve had my w204 c class since new 11 years ago. Best car I’ve ever had by a mile. Can’t think of the last time I spent money on it other than annual servicing. If there’s a better condition W204 C class AMG Sport plus in the country I’d be surprised!

If you was local to South Wales i know a welder who could do weld the chassis on a Nissan Navara. Maybe worth finding a welder near you who could have a look and give u a quote

Im not a car dealer. But i bought a 1 owner under 100k Audi A4 B7 S Line Special Edition for just over £500. Absolutely mint in condition well looked after but found Engine oil in fuel tank. Currently at mechanics getting that car back on its feet. Cant wait!

Awesome vid cal it's really nice to see how you've come along these few years on yt, keep up the good work! Great choice of cars btw my family weirdly was in the same situation but a 2010 c180 automatic prefacelift (we run a garage though!) It came in non runner snapped timing chain @134k but it would still crank (sort of) like yours, we got away with just a complete chain kit & just a oil and filter with a new aux belt and rocker cover gasket but that was it so there may be hope! And likewise it really needed all the wheels refurbed and paintwork paid less than 1k for it and my brother now daily drives it, it'll be a good one for the channel and the navara too my dad's got a 15 model year in that same high tekna/n tech (?) I think spec! which is the last of that shape and he loves it says it's one of the best pick ups he's ever had

Calvin is the brand and for me he’s just confused his brand with two dealerships literally 20 metres apart. KZread or bricks and mortar dealership who cares? The fact that they are both actually bricks and mortar dealerships is just confusing. Just have the one business, what’s the difference…??

So car vertical will only pick up once the engine and the accident on the left side has been done with insurance? If it's done privately that won't be shown....? Cause at this moment the car needs a new engine and the left side is smashed up and shows clear on car vertical.... So what if other vehicles was done privately without insurance then it means damages won't be shown on the systems 🤔

Try Nissan I know they used to buy them back off you if they had chassis problems and they used to pay strong mo eh for them

And Everything The timing chain Takes with it

£1000 for Mercedes C-class what a bargain👌 but does need some work still a bargain.👍 That Nissan Navara is the biggest MOT failure I've seen 😱

Sounds like flood damage people think it's knackered if stops in flood and I've had bmw jammed solid after hit puddle big puddle but 2days after got it running

Cranks so......Crank sensor = 1st sensor = Cuts Ignition and Fuel

C63 engine conversion

Chassis is covered by Nissan get in contact with them, chassis gets sent to Spain to be done

i had a 2014 220 d coupe in black exactly like the one featured here , one of the worst cars ive ever had , the engine is so noisy and that foot operated parking brake , nightmare lol
