Rick Rule fills my heart with warmth, no matter what he's talking about.

As a retired business owner who had to deal with all of the taxes,I totally agree with everything discussed, and I have owned gold and silver bought from gold silver since 2016. This has been a very good investment, and I'm sure it will be even better!

Gold goes up after a decade, miners crash 60%... This sector is beyond disappointing, it just crabs sideways and crashes after a pump.

One thing not mentioned is your gold and silver stock could finally go from 3 to 100 or 1,000 bucks after not doing anything for decades but then when you hit the sale button you cash out into a currency that has gone to zero or close to zero by then. Best thing to do is just buy the actual gold and silver itself before the currency collapses.

I follow so many channels that it's hard to find the time to listen to all the interviews even at 2x but damned if I can never pass up on an interview with Rick. I've spoken to him and he's every bit as genuine, likable and engaging in person as he appears.

The prices of gold and silver will never explode, because of all the paper gold. Since the appearence of digital markets, bitcoin is the only asset thats price cant be manipulated by a central authority.

@@matthewm9261 thats wrong. Futures don't affect Bitcoins Spot price, because Bitcoin is the only asset with a verificable supply. Futures affect gold price, because the supply of gold and every other asset isnt certain.

I agree. I think interest on the debt has to get to about half the annual budget (it's already bigger than the DOD budget...) before normal folks start to recognize it's a problem. At 50% of the whole budget, it will truly start to crowd out other discretionary spending. Folks will freak, and MAYBE recognize they need to get into commodities like Gold/Silver & crypto.

It's all guesswork at this point regarding gold and silver. Rigging and manipulation rule the day.

I think using money to purchase ( pm stocks with) you can afford to reduce in value by 50% after you buy it without it affecting your decisions is good advice . Not really heard that view before or recognised it maybe.

what's scary is I am living off a VA pension, Federal pension and SSD. I had to retire when I was 40 now 50 because of injuries incurred after serving in quite a few combat deployments. I thought I would be ok. Now I don't see it taking me to my 60s.

Mike with your logic - how to square the circle that the income/wealth gap is growing exponentially

It couldn't be the out of control military/industrial complex spending, corporate handouts and bank bailouts (starting with the Monetary Control Act of 1981.) It has to be the social security system etc. causing the deficit. The problem is a lack of taxation it's a bloated government. Taxes as a percentage of income is as relevant as total taxes paid.

I would consider a more important change or development to be when silver miners no longer hedge their production, not so much whether they mine the lower grade ore. The challenge in mining is to produce a stable head grade at the mill.

When rate cut starts GOLD WILL MAKE NEW HIGHS ....

I like Mr. Rule, but I fear the only things that may rise 4x in the next several years may be the height of the mushroom clouds......

Gold prices have a volatility index, which means you’re not going to see that kind of volatility in gold prices. Expecting the kind of volatility you find in cryptoassets is out of the question. If they said that gold bullion will wind up as a very low volatility asset where the price doesn’t change very much would be a fair outlook. But what would have to happen to get there, and what level would gold prices find themselves? Notice that since the price low in gold of Dec. 2015 of $1040/oz, gokd prices have doubled, that means a multiple based on that price low is reduced.

@@askorutin2576 gold and silver are constitutional money. They were absolutely intended to power our commerce, and did for a long while for the entire world. However they were also volatile due to dramatic gold or silver finds, and then from Fed printing and most damaging, bank fractional reserve lending. Bitcoin avoids all that. Provable mathematical scarcity. No government manipulation And during Bitcoin’s initial adoption phase (now) it behaves as a deflationary currency. The more it’s adopted, the rarer it becomes, and the more its value increases. With 50x value increase in 7 years its popularity as an asset class will only increase. An allocation to Bitcoin is probably a wise bet.

There is a new golden rule as per today MIKE! No wrong predictions allowed no more. Make wrong predictions and pay. It s payback time. Don’t reach your predicted target and become one!
