You could have been even less morally culpable in mumbai by simply helping the guys who are meeting the targets. Just give the artist that missing tube of paint he's been looking for so he's happy with his colours, and give the foreman his predecessor's notes so he feels familiar enough with the company that he can now be quizzed by the boss. Don't even need to get close
