The thing is that all of the sauces he added to the kimchi noodles are really not hot, especially for Ramon who most definitely grew up consuming them 😅 they are a bit more sour in a sense than spicy, El Yucateco is the hottest one he added but even then it’s not a really spicy sauce

Combining a bunch of medium spice hot sauces together doesn’t make them hotter. That 2x is definitely some bomb ramen though!
