He does drink 5 cherry coke cans a day has Dairy Queen every day, eats McDonald’s at least 3 times a week,and drowns his food in salt. His actual words were that he eats like a 6 year old would. He averages 2700 calories a day and a quarter of that is coke

That's true. His body must burn energy like crazy. He reads a lot so he must do a lot of thinking too basically meaning that he needs a lot of blood sugar. When you're old your tastebuds are basically gone which means you need to eat really "strong tasting" (because it's relative) food in order to get any satisfaction from the food they eat which explains the extra salt.

Weight doesn't increase linearily. The amount of calories you need to eat to sustain your current mass with your current lifestyle, that is your total daily energy expenditure (TDEE), increases as your overall mass increases. As the amount of calories you're eating in excess of your TDEE decreases, weight gain slows, and eventually stops. As long as the makeup and quantity of your diet remains consistent, that is, which it would for a man who admittedly "eats like a child." For example, I'm 6'3", and at my peak weight of 275 pounds, my TDEE was about 2800 calories. I could've eaten fast food for all 3 meals every day, and not gained an ounce. At my goal weight of 170-175 pounds, however, which I'm very close to, it will be more like 2250. It's entirely possible that Buffet has gained all the weight he will gain with his current caloric intake, and reached equilibrium. If he were to increase his caloric intake beyond his current TDEE, he would continue to gain weight, but someone that averse to drastic change in their personal routine never would.

There's no way he can eat like this. I'm in my mid 20's and if I lost all of my body fat I'd probably sit at 180lbs. And I don't burn 4k calories a day while on my feet 8 hours a day bartending. He would be morbidly obese or dead if he ate like this every day. I think a 32 oz steak would kill most 80 year olds

You're standing for 8 hours a day, not exercising 8 hours a day. I mean that's really basically comparable to a Walmart greeter. They stand 8 hours a day too, but you don't see them bragging about it do you. You're not gonna burn much by standing while rotating your wrists and shuffling back and fourth and washing dishes for 8 hours, but somebody gotta do it. And 4k can only really get burn in if it's a static image for like 1,000 hours. I'm still running to the kitchen carrying trays of food anywhere from 10-40 lbs, bringing kegs up from the basement 50-90 lbs, tubs full of empty dishes and silverware, a few hundred pounds of ice up stairs, crates of empty or full bottles up flights of stairs. So on any given night i might be carrying a load of 30 to 90 lbs 100-200 feet away and possibly upstairs 20-40 /times a night and also bringing 50 lb tables inside after lockup. So yeah moving literally thousands of pounds of goods all while rotating my wrists hahah. You try making a few hundred drinks in a few short hours and see if you break a sweat lol. And in my country if you put a k after a number, it is just an abbreviation for thousand. 1k =1000, 4k=4000. I'm not talking about screen resolution (although the 4k does mean ~4,000 pixels if i was randomly talking resolution). I'm just saying I'd be very surprised if Warren buffet burns 4,000 calories a day at his age
