I live in Tenerife and go to Wok in Las Americas (Oasis shopping centre) often and have never had any problems. It's not a buffet - they cook the food to order. I have been to a lot worse that are buffets where the food is cold.

Sp all the people on trip advisor just lie u might like it buddy but many people done 2.5 it was now abit more however there fake reviews

Love this one Michael more food reviews please, I love a kebab so if you can find me Tenerife’s best kebab I would love that videos never seen it done in Tenerife before The order the buffet I get as it should come hot and save wastage? But when they give u such a big portion that’s a contradiction seems to be wasting food a little so don’t really understand the benefit here didn’t seem the greatest tbh food wise

They need to go by how many people are at the table for portion amounts. Good point. They might reuse the food too. :/ I think I would have ordered lots of fried food. lol

Why is place still open

They are wasting money the way they operate.

If the chef just turned up thers no way the ribs were fresh

All ribs are pre cooked in all Chinese restaurants.

@@dom6140 exactly , infact in one Chinese i know of that gets excellent reviews they take the pre cooked ribs stright from the freezer, i've seen it , fry again and serve. They are delicious actually. The rest of the food in the restaurant in the video doesnt look great though.

Who goes for a Chinese at 1 in the afternoon? I think you should go back in the evening and see what it’s like then!! Have lived in Tenerife since 2005 myself and only been to this wok once and it was fine, there is too much choice of restaurants here, if I want Chinese I go to la Pepa food market and get a takeaway from that Chinese.

I live here too and my favourite Chinese is Chopstix in Palm Mar. There are a lot worse than Wok - the one down the side street near H10 Las Palmeras is disgusting. €9.99 - help yourself, limited choice and cold food.

The ice cream section looked messy and dirty. Imagine what the back looks like. No thanks.

'All you can eat' would be a better description.

That food looked terrible. Not sure why anyone would order chips in a Chinese restaurant, but the restaurant had no atmosphere and the food looked awful for that price. The restaurant is probably just a front for something else.

We ate there Michael last trip & wouldn’t rate it the worst .. The food was fine & great value in our opinion & service was good in our opinion 👍

@@edinburghandbeyond Yes Michael I agree some of the dishes are not the best & would agree with some of your comments about We found the service so abrupt & rushed there but not sure if we would go back 👍

I can well imagine, why did he have to go to the disabled toilets.underdone rice is that why he wanted it cooked fresh to order in 5 minutes.

Normally you have to pay for food not eaten (on top of the base price).

i don't get why they call it a buffet lol

That was great value for 14 euros a big appetite your quids in,i prefer battered chicken I'm surprised you say the rice was underdone noodles is noodles,you rampted the price up yourself with 4 cans of coke,the waitress seemed pleasant @ first but i would be pissed off if somebody grilled me or bombarded me with a long list of ridiculous questions I'd take 6 out of 10.dirty oil that remark could be slanderous unless you are a professional food critic id take with a pinch of salt.somehow i suspect in the back not everything is cooked fresh.im surprised some chicken was to tough to eat.

We really enjoyed the video but not the food bad old oil leads to health problems absolutely a resounding no from me 2/10

Eat the curry with the noodles, you don’t eat them on their own.

Sounds like there not busy enough if cooking to order and no buffet there . They don't want to waste food . Lol the toilet looked crap. Reminds me of Merlin Chinese buffet nearby. I won't be going to that place. Good review

They are giving massive portions of rice to fill you up 😂so you don’t order the good gear ⚙️

Terrible meal should be burst brave man !! i will never go in there when in tenerife.

Just keep the rice till you get your next order

Never use a restraunt that has a menu with more pages than war and peace.......do l visit a curry house who do pizzas.NAH Do something right l dont mind the extra £5

How passive aggressive rude and discriminatory.

The word buffet is misleading. You were ordering from a menu so obviously each one is a full dish.
