Being from Louisiana, I love oysters...my sauce is tobasco, horse radish, and a touch of mayo and ketchup. They're really fantastic "char broiled" on the grill in their shell with garlic butter.

Down here in Louisiana, South Louisiana to be exact, we eat oysters as much as possible...raw, with a dipping sauce with Tobasco & Horse Radish, and lemon; grilled in the shell with garlic butter; Rockefeller; Bienville...and finally fried with fries or in a po-boy bun.
