I like when you ask him about speaking his mind, and having controversy things hes says. His answer is awesome. Uncle G on the pod with Neel. The two people I've been studying the past 2 years finally connect. This is like Michael Jordan and Kobe Bryant playing in the same game

Great great great interview! I learned business owners who are ready to grow often complain about their customers, this is a sign that they do not have enough business, which is a great sign for my marketing agency.

Agree people just resent the ones that keep it real and tell it the way it is because it removes their excuses and they want to keep them So they can keep complaining and blaming others for their failures 🤷🏾‍♂️

Okay, I respect Grant, but this dude just said he invested $100,000 and is getting a $500-600 dollar check each month off that investment. It would take this guy approximately 16 years to break even... haha Im not knocking Cardone Capitol but that to me does not sound like a lucrative investment.

Monthly returns until deal sells, and then participates in upside if/when deal sells, or refinances. For busy investors who want to focus on their own business, they're investing in the Cardone management team...it starts to make a lot of sense

Grant did not come from money, that’s misinformation. His father died when he was 10 and one of his brothers when he was 16. He got out of a drug rehab when he was 25. That’s self made.

First of all anyone who knows anything about money would tell you there’s not a single billionaire out there who’s selling courses, second of all he charges people 12k for 3 days just so he can tell you the same shit you can get on KZread then he laughs on your face for falling for his crap, 12k just to hear grant talk for 3 days, are people really that desperate, that’s why Jordan Belford exposed him and made him look stupid 🤣

😂 folks don't "go broke" for motivation. Invest small , take it slow and build on what u have . That's how grant did it but he can't tell u that cause he's trying to get your money in his pocket. Alls I'm saying is keep ur money in your pocket.
