Drives me insane 25 or more other troop members do nothing including Lowena who never should've allowed this to continue. If they attacked more viciously than the other day Bo could be banned they shouldn't have let up. Use those canines to make your point you aren't welcome here anymore. Downside if she gets into another troop with babies. See my comment above there are options to stop this. Five other babies have suffered a painful death because of her actions.

Something should be done about Bo. As much as I don’t believe in human interference I believe something should be done. Maybe give Bo a tranquilizer to get that baby away from her. I’m so tired of watching babies die at Bo’s hands.

Me too.she cares the baby as if it was hers. Baby sucks an inexistent milk. Please, Bo,🙏 leave our baby with her mother, you are unable to give it milk.😪😪😪😪😪😪😪. BO dies for having her own baby, but she can't, what a pity.🥺

Fast forwarded through Bo and that sweet wee baby girl. I know it doesn’t stop the inevitable from occurring, but it stops my heart from breaking while I watch. I don’t think I have ever wanted to hug a war scarred, life beaten, scuffed up, matted haired monkey, more than I did as Stumpy was sitting there, all alone on the road, scratching himself. I can’t help but always remember that wee yearling, sitting at the curb, outside Annie and if I remember correctly, it was Batman as her Alpha at that time. (Someone jump in and please correct me, if I’m wrong) His Mama most likely illegally killed and having being left with no one in the world. The wound where his tiny arm had been chopped or trapped, was still a very open wound and it was the hardest thing to know that such a young yearling hag faced such an traumatic event. I feel life has never been an easy go for Stumpy. He had to fight all the way through - sometimes receiving damages that I couldn’t bare to see him with. He always and will forever be that little, lonely, motherless yearling, who had lost him arm, when ever I think of him and seeing him as you captured, his last time on film, simply breaks my heart. I do hope like you, wherever he has landed, it’s somewhere gentle and accepting, because he truly deserves that. Again, I know, not on topic. Apologies for that.

Oh God I had to fast forward through where Stumpy was..it broke my heart to see our brave Stumpy in such a sorry state..really upset me..he has had such a hard life. His terrible wounds which gave him his name..being alone .not really accepted..had to fight for everything all his life so when he became Alpha of Annies group it was wonderful..for a yr then Andy deposed him..he didnt stand a chance Andy is huge..but to see him in such a bad way and completely on his own is heartbreaking so had to go through which didn't bloody help as Bo now has Floffi's baby !! oh my god I hope Floffi can get her back safely..🇬🇧💞✝️🙏👏🤣🙉🙊🙈

I cannot believe that Bo has this baby! I am at the point if Floffi , Fozzi and their Mom do not team up and get this baby back I cannot feel bad for any of them except this poor baby! So disappointing to see 😢

Exactly my same thoughts! I really cried when I saw Bo with that baby and NONE of them can get the baby back! I dont think I can handle her killing another baby! It's time to put Bo down for good, sorry not sorry! Shes horrible and poor Floffi!!!

Love seeing Stompy still around and seemingly well. I would love an entire series focusing on the bachelor boys, but I understand how incredibly difficult that would be considering they're always on the periphery of other troops and tend to travel further and more frequently. Stumpy's state makes me sad, as he is one of my favorites. I hope he's still around and working his way into other troops like Grandee. If Stumpy was born around 2011 then he has to be ~13, so he's definitely starting to get up there. As far as Bo goes, it was only a matter of time before she managed to get a hold of one of another baby. I hope this newest one has a chance, but unfortunately I don't think anything is going to happen unless Lowina starts to retaliate more against her daughter or she dies and Floffi or Fozzi become the new Matriarch. It looks like both sisters are working hard to get the baby back.

That is just the reason Bo should he culled from the troop, she is committing extinction of her own troop. Human intervention is needed in this case if they don't want to see this troop die off.

Oh my goodness I had to come straight to comments before finishing the video because I was going to ask if anyone had heard or seen pur lovely Stumpy abd here we have his only son (that we know of) lil Stompy ..but not so lil anymore..gosh when you think back and all of us who were watching then we were so pleased that Stumpy rose to become an Alpha and had at least one baby...it just makes you feel darn old and where did all those bloody yrs go !!! Going back to the video now..bye .I'll do another comment after I've seen all the video ..👋

I guess that mother never learns her lesson, maybe another lost of another baby, will teacher her for the next one? Why not just kick Bo's butt?

Mr A.M. I don’t know how you do it - “meeting” those precious sweet little furry babies, only to find out that they sometimes die without reason. My heart breaks just watching on my phone, falling in love with them and then finding out they are gone. You are a very strong person and I give you my deepest respect!!

I hate to say this but someone needs to give Bo a mild sedative so Floffi can get her baby back. Bo is going to kill that little baby, and she will be the cause of the Lowina group not growing.

I honestly think that Bo is trying to protect her status within the group. She can't have babies, but her sisters can. Every baby born in that group pushes Bo further down in rank. If her sisters don't have babies, Bo thinks that she is secure. No baby is safe as long as Bo is around. If someone doped up Bo and Floffi was able to get the baby back, it would be a matter of time before Bo would take that baby again. She is protected by law. No one can legally do anything to remove Bo unless by illegal means.

@@bornontherimofchaos I thought they probably were protected by law, I live on a property that is reserved for animals and it’s a felony to kill them. But I just don’t like to see babies hurt no matter what type of animal. I guess it’s up to Floffi and Fozzi to toughen up. However there other sisters baby Bo never touches is that because she is older?

wow seeing stumpy....breaks my heart. he's SEEN some things the last few yrs after being ousted from (Annie's troop, was it?). the years haven't been kind to him. he looks broken. and eating his hair. oh man....

The baby isn't crying and is nursing on Bo which means Bo has had the baby a long time. He Mum and other Aunt and Gran could all gang up on Bo, I don't know why they don't.

It’s obvious that Floffi cannot protect her babies from being starved to death. I sincerely hope that she doesn’t have anymore babies to suffer. I was going to say “until Bo is gone”, but I don’t have confidence that she will protect her babies from any other monkey either.

Their names are very similar, so that could be why it’s confusing. Stumpy, who is one armed, is the well treasured Daddy of Stompy, who has all his limbs and looks to be healthy and well. The unfortunate monkey who lost both his arm and leg on the same side of his body, making life even more challenging, is a living miracle to me and a testament to the inner strength and determination wild animals are capable of. Apparently, his name is well known and no doubt why. I’m about to butcher it. He is Mr Tamagotchi or Mr Yamagotchi or Mr something close to that, lol. But an extremely remarkable monkey he is indeed!

I am about to leave a comment that is not like me. It may not be received well and I may upset some people with it, but I am doing so anyway ☺️ I’ve read a lot of harshness and anger towards Bo and I understand those feelings, as I also can’t bare thinking she has another sweet baby in her arms. We do have a monkey in our own troop, Bossy’s troop, who took her daughter’s first born and refused to relinquish him back, ultimately causing his death.... **Have fun, play hard and swing from all the treetops, with all your troop playmates that travelled over that rainbow bridge, before you, wee innocent Beany,** I don’t believe it was because Dorothy suddenly became evil or cruel or unloving, but because of her sincere inner need to have another baby of her own. Dorothy was captured and came back with the dreaded tattoo, after her last baby Buddy and I believe she just cant comprehend why she simply can’t have babies anymore - the one sole thing all female monkeys desire - Dorothy exhibited behaviors like Bo, only Bo has never had a baby and it’s their natural instinct to want to produce offspring. It’s what their entire purpose is for, so I feel for those monkeys that have had that privilege ripped from them. Their fertility was taken without their consent, so instead of blaming the Bo’s or the Dorothy’s, blame the human intervention, that removed their purpose and left them with emptiness and their deep inner ache. Perhaps try to find some compassion for those like Bo and Dorothy and Dy and Bry and Bolly, who I would lay my last dollar on, that every single one of them, who have all exhibited baby snatching tendencies because of what that tattoo they wear represents, but I believe given the chance, they all would have become great, fiercely loving, attentive Mothers to all the beautiful little babies, that they were never allowed the chance to have. Their right to do so, was taken by the same human intervention, that you want to see happen now with Bo. It literally breaks my heart to see another baby in her grasp. I simply can’t watch it and fast forward through, but then I remind myself, that I belong to the ‘human race’ and represent a part of the group that enforces and causes, the deep pain and endless longing Bo has lived with since becoming of Mother baring age and thus the probable cause of her unacceptable behavior we witness now - and it lies with our own human interaction and intervention. I donunderstand the purpose behind needing to keep the monkey’s numbers reasonable, but that doesn’t stop me from feeling, what to me seems, female monkeys trying to cope, with no understanding, why their life long desires, for some sweet little babies of their own.

Side note :- I’ve just spent a couple hours enjoying myself on the Monkey Hill wiki page. Humongous thanks go out to all the contributors and folks that keep that site updated. You do such a marvelous job with your accuracy and in depth updates. I always find my time flashes by when I get engrossed in that site and before I know it hours have passed. I happened to read on there, that Arroz has belief that Bo’s behavior stems from jealousy she feels towards her two sisters and wants to seek revenge and that could be, as he certainly knows more about monkeys than I do or ever will hope to - but I still then question, if it isn’t from Bo’s sterilization and never given the right to bare babies of her own, as she see’s her sisters doing, if that isn’t the cause of her jealousy and wanting of revenge. It also states in the latest 2023 updates, that it seems Bo has taken a fall in rankings and is not seen as the fierce monkey she had been in the past. It states that could be from her age or simply her sisters taking a much more active role in keeping Bo in line. Regardless, if this proves correct, it will be a blessing! ☺️

Thank you very much for your message. And yes it would be a blessing. Who knows? Perhaps things will change in the future. As Aggy, from Bossy's troop, she was less dangeroys than Bo, but she was the baby boy most famous kidnapper till she had her iwn babies. Thanks again for your comments.

Well I guess we just lost another baby in Lowina's troop because of Bo again. I understand her desire to have a baby of her own. After all for the females it is their purpose in life. But I wish Bo would wait until the babies are older and can forage for themselves. I don't understand why Floffi and Fozzi just don't keep their babies away from Bo. Pepper has been successful in keeping and raising her babies. She knows to keep them from Bo. And Lowina is so old that she cannot intervene any more.

If u dont try & find some way 2 distract bo that baby will die its probably unfortunately up 2 u am sorry 2 say i know u dont like 2 interfere but i know u will do the rt thing 4 the sake of a life of a baby monkey good luck 2 u i know u will try ur hardest 4 that poor lil baby

So yes, I have set a goal to see the baby macaques before I die. I feel I have been so darn patient, but my time is running out. Angry, it is part of the dying process. Grrr. Your heart needs not bleed for some fantasy you've imagined. I have had a wonderful life and am ready.

Yall need to ante up and get a good bounty on bos head. Or dispatch her yaself because she costs the troop food and infantile lives. Which is likely one of the least beneficial members of the troop. No profit. Multiple losses continue as long as she exists. She puts her troop in the -negative. She gotta go
