Amazed me when people says Sinead is a One Hit Wonder since she wrote so many wonderful lyrics. That only shows me how poor people are in knowing Sinead job

Both Tori and Sinaed grew up in the church and were brave enough to call out it's disgusting abuse and hypocrisy . I imagine Tori had a deep love and respect for Sinaed.

What a beautiful tribute to Sinead. Thank you for capturing this moment.

It was the tragic death of the 4th Baby, Shane, after suffering her entire life, that pushed her until she could take no more. No one will ever understand the extent of the pain she suffered coming from all different directions in her 56 years. I pray with all my heart that she is at peace now, and reunited with her beloved son, the “lamp of her soul”. 💜

Shane was actually her third child. She has a younger son, now sixteen.

I am still choked up. I was at this show - so incredibly touching and beautiful.

Was an absolute pleasure watching this. So many chose to go the obvious route after Sinead’s unfortunate passing. Tori is an intelligent artist and picked some very personal and powerful songs. I started crying as soon as she began singing “Three Babies”.

I cry every time I see Tori live. This would have gutted me. I could barely get through the video. We'll miss you, Sinèad.

Tori & Sinead both have/had that gift. Liza Minnelli has it, too. I've seen all three live. Only these three can elicit that expression of emotion from me.

Beautiful tribute, tears in my eyes throughout. The kiss and the wave at the end. Impeccable. What a loss, I’m still not processing that we have lost her.

What a beautiful tribute. I wore out my cassettes of The Lion and the Cobra, and I Do Not Want what I Haven’t Got. Sinead ad an incredible voice, and was absolutely right about the Catholic Church. I can’t even imagine the pain of losing her son last year. I don’t think I could survive that with mine. I hope she’s a Peace now.

Fitting and gorgeously well-done by the great Tori. She knows, like so many, that Sinead’s edgy songwriting (before NC2U) paved the way for brazenly honest female artists in the 1990s. This was one of the classiest, most well-sung tributes I have seen by anyone. Tori-blessedly, marvelously done.

I feel like that too. I've lost many loved ones in my life, sometimes it's easier to accept than other times. It's only been a few days, but I feel the same as l do about my murdered best friend (my Sinéad singing companion) and my soul mate, a West African man who would never have heard of Sinéad. How can you miss someone you never met and you still have their music? Anyway, hopefully I'll join her soon, maybe wherever that is we will meet!

God bless Tori. I saw her during the Under the Pink tour way back in '95, and remember her pirouetting off the stage after the first set. I was just thinking yesterday how she and Sinead had two of the best EPs of the 90s -- Crucify and Gospel Oak -- so it's nice to see her paying tribute to her musical sister today. 🥲

I swear she sings My Three Babies from a very personal place as she has also suffered miscarriages. I weeped watching this with that in mind. I'm supremely sad over Sinead and this was beautiful ❤️

Now I just want to listen to Tori do a whole concert of Sinead covers !! I think Toir is the perfect person to sing Sineads songs and I'm sure Sinead would be singing along up there....god I'm so sad shes not here to sing them anymore !! Also hope there will be some kind of concert or event to honour Sinead with artists from all over and maybe Tori if she is back in Ireland any time soon.

“Three Babies” always reminded me of Tori because of her three miscarriages. I knew one day she’d sing this song. Just wish it had been under better circumstances. I’m glad she didn’t do “Nothing Compares 2 U.” (I’m also waiting for Tori to cover “Promise to Try” by Madonna.)
