Me and a gun is one of the most haunting songs. Sinead and Tori. Two of the rawest singers ever. We are better people for their presence on earth even for the too short a time for Sinead.

I wondered how Tori would pay tribute to Sinead when looking through all the insta posts paying respects,it made me wonder why those two never worked together or seemed to have crossed paths that much as they have so much in common in many ways in the way they sing about god,church and religion and such deeply emotional songs elevating the feminine principle so often. Tori and Sinead...now that would have been something to see !!!!

I don't think it would've worked out so well b/c their musical styles are far different from each other and don't really mesh together well.

You don't know anything and you're angry. If you took time to read other comments you'd find Tori was in Dublin in March and sang a Sinead song long before all this and I haven't a doubt in my mind they were in contact during her life. You're speaking of a time when P!nk wasn't even around so why is she even an example? Duets aren't necessarily a "sign of support" who is to say Sinead would want that?? This is all you--grieving and angry and I understand the frustration but to say no one gave a shit is completely inaccurate. Mental health struggles are a very private thing and the nature of her illnesses came in tsunami waves or hidden struggles. You can't make anyone do anything regarding their healthcare and ill people will go off the rails regardless of "support" and I can guaranfuckingtee you that people/celebrities called her regularly. That doesn't mean they made a difference when her mind was stuck in illness. So we've got the anger and the blaming portion of grief in your post. Call out "fakes and phonies" by name with specific examples, otherwise leave sweeping generalizations to your ole pal Morrissey who can only draw attention to himself by making shitty comments and being a shitty person. Be better. Stop saying shitty things about people and events you don't know about. Instead, make her memory/legacy a blessing by sharing her knowledge and what she shared in her life.
