for the combat they threw 4 coins up which if you hit gives a damage multipler. then hit the coins with the spinny pistol which is a high damage single shot pistol that can bounce, making it so gabriel (the boss) gets hit by a high damage bullet repeatedly with damage multiplication from the coins. then they switch to the raincannon specifically the screwdriver variant that deals a bunch of damage over time. and then as gabriel goes up in the air they switch to the shotgun which if you punch right after firing gives a speed and damage boost to the shot

@@ForestGreenSharpie it's actually the electric railcannon. Since skipping the cutscene recharges all your weapons, they were able to throw 4 more coins to bounce the piercing beam off from, making it pass through gabriel multiple times.

You toss them higher by just ground slamming and then jumping once for extra height and velocity on your coins (they carry your momentum) and the faster is just getting the exact timing down for when you can throw a coin
