I don't work at -Reto- TLM so I can't know, but I am willing to bet that your channel single handedly added a couple of months to this games lifespan at the very least. In that sense you have already done alot and we are all thankfull for that.

Hey Gpakos I was once at the same position with my channel as you're with yours now. Personally I can recommend you not to pressure yourself to much and if you decide to make new content on new games, not to have to high expectations. I found one key on youtube is consistency, be iit the upload rate or the quality of videos. Quality videos usually take more time to produce, so if that's it what you want to do, take your time.

I'd really suggest just sheer volume at first, daily videos if possible and THEN focus on quality once the base is bigger due to KZread rhythm liking/referencing daily uploads?

Really you said it well. The reason to play HNG was the war mode. I played both Enlisted and HLL. They are okay games but they don't have a purpose. HLL is just for people who get enjoyment from suffering instead of having fun in a game. Enlisted has nothing outside of self progression. But HNG had the war mode. Where your pain and suffering in a hopeless battle could stall the enemy long enough to win somewhere else. Felt more like an actual persistent WWII game then the previously mentioned games.

Happy to stick around and looking forward to see more! A comment I'd add: I think a lot of people, while the bigger impact of H&G was cool, still loved seeing the silly things and moments on your channel. The memes, the editing, I think that'd work perfectly well on Enlisted if your viewers would love that :). On the other hand, if you're looking for something with a bigger long-term war to have impact on - try Foxhole! It's not a FPS, but it really goes for that spirit, everything is playermade and every thing that gets done is done by a player themselves. If you're into that side of H&G, it's definitely worth checking out.

Love you bro - have about a thousand hours on this game and your videos perfectly captured the gameplay experience right from the start. When I actually found you in one of the maps I was playing in I was so excited. Keep the good work up bro :)

I feel like you could maybe enjoy a game like foxhole, it's and MMO where two sides take part in a war that lasts up to months IRL. In the game, the players also decide where the resources go as all the weapons and bases in the game are made by the players who do logistics and building. It's similar to H&H in that each battle actually matters, but very different in its top-down view. I legit felt the whole Chinese coming in those late timezones and taking all the land you gained back relatable as it's something that often happens in Foxhole.

GPAKOS, knowing your history when it comes to YT and your love for HnG, I hope you might consider the following suggestion, as it could make your channel evolve in the future : There is an upcoming WW2 fps/RTS game, developed by old HnG veterans. It's called "Hellborne" and it's been in development for the past 3 years. The devs are volunteers, crafting this game from their own pocket (instead of asking for 3 millions LMAO), and they recently announced that they will be doing their best to release it this summer, exactly at the time when HnG will close forever. Unlike Enlisted, Hellborne will indeed be a HnG like with an actual bright future. Now, of course, the game isn't out yet so we have no way of actually confirming the hype around it, however, please consider trying it when it comes out this summer. Until then keep doing HnG content, so the transition can be as smooth as possible. I see many peoples who are like "omg I can't imagine HnG2 not being a thing, it's the only game of it's kind!" well, not for long. I'm not asking you to take that direction, ovbiously, this is your channel and you do whatever you want with it. I'm just hoping to add an alternate perspective you might not have considered. They have an official discord server as well as a TRELLO in which you can see the development cycle. Love you as ever GPAKOS❤🙏

During the playtests of dark and darker I think you could get a lot of good content that wouldn't need a lot of editing and could bring in new viewers although you should make sure to be playing something that you are having fun playing and editing.

I've already tried Enlisted..., twice. Yet it's somewhat different compared to H&G. It's not much strategic compare to H&G, It may tactically, yet not strategic. H&G has huge maps like Hell Let Loose and you have to use your brain to build up your plan before doing something good performance in the game.

Sometimes the best thing to do is just do it, lol I know it sounds cheesy, but hear me out, you’ll never know until you just start it, whether it be playlist or different small title games, like gmod, among us, unturned, the forest, stranded deep, or big title games like battlefield, even battlefield 4 is still a popular game, just goes to show that I still be here before and after you hit your first 1 mil subs.

there's a reason why i hate assault staged gamemode now in hng the bots are annoying as hell and isn't satisfying to kill, what i used to like about the gamemode having a fair resource for defender and attacker and a 2 lines for attacker so they won't get steamrolled now turns into an annoying fuckfest for bots.

I loved h&g 1 but i gotta admit, it does look a bit sus asking 3 MILLION dollars for a kickstarter, i know game development is hard but there has been so many great indie games that have had a fraction of that money and done great so i do find it a bit suspicious on the amount that they are asking for, part of me feels like if they did somehow on this earth reach the goal of $3 mil they would just take the money and run with it, also the new h&g 2 trailer looks like a unity asset flip, so would advise everyone two take the devs asking of 3 mil with a mountain of salt
