I did the same thing about ten years ago. Loved stampin up and was a demo but was in the same position. I still like stamping ups products and do buy things but there is so much out there, a lot more than there was when I signed up. Best wishes on your new adventure 😊

Good luck where ever your journey takes you.

I was a SU demo for 17 years but I hit a creative wall. I resigned from SU and discovered a massive papercrafting world. As I explored it my creative joy returned. I wish you joy and blessings in your journey!

I feel we all have the right to find our creativity and express it to others.we love other card makers!

Life is too short to just play with one product line, enjoy your creative journey and keep sharing crafty goodness! 💞💞💞

I left SU at the end of November then joined CTMH. Well, 3 months later is when CTMH announced they were closing and working a deal with SU. I was devastated. That's when I went completely independent, and I am having a fun time being able to demonstrate with whatever I want and having that creative freedom without having to go by someone else's rules. You go Wendy!

You will have so much fun exploring other companies. Stampin Up stopped being creative in the last few years. It’s amazing the options that are available with companies like Pink Fresh, Taylored Expressions, Splbinders, Hero arts, etc.

SU is a gateway drug into cardmaking. Many started there but I do get the creative part. I have ventured out and have enjoyed the other offerings.

Congrats. I love Stampin Up, but there are so many companies that have brought stamping and die cutting to the next level.

Over the past year I have been introduced to the many amazing OTHER companies that have amazing quality products. It has catapulted my creativity and I am loving it. I totally get why you want to venture out. I stumbled on your video and will now follow your new journey. Excited to see what is in store. Thanks for helping to get the word out that there are great new DIFFERENT products to help feed our creativity.

I joined SU for 2 years just for product- thought it would save me $$ if I just bought SU- LOL-that was about 3 years ago. no longer buying anything from them now. anyway I have product from almost every company. My new favorite product is the Stamp Wheel from Altenew, a game changer for me. I love the SU inks, cardstock and the SU paper trimmer which I use all the time. Can't wait for more videos, I've been doing this for a LONG time and I know what works well and what doesn't . Have a great Summer.

Sad and happy both at the same time. Admit not fully surprised at your decision. In this journey the past year-ish, the joy of creating was evident. We could all see the change in you and the fun you were having. I agree with many of the previous posts, yes, girl, we will be on this creative train with you. What a hard video to make and applaud h this heartfelt video. A previous post stating not “having all your eggs in one basket” is so very true, to feel like you were limited and stifled when you wanted to “fly”and girl you are doing just that. I have appreciated your openness and honesty from the first video I watched yours back when I was looking to become a hobby SU demonstrator. It's exciting and inspiring to hear that you are getting so many requests from companies wanting to work with you, and of course you should be able to be compensated for that financially! Most of all, you should be able to do what brings your heart the most Joy. Really appreciate the email with the the other demos whom you would recommend, as I am no longer a demo myself. As a fellow demo considering resigning for other reasons I admire you for the strength to leave the bubble behind lock stock and barrel. I only have a small team at this point and no aspirations to grow big but the hussle drain spiral somehow gets you, no matter what. The company has changed over the years, too, and as a small demo it often is more work than fun. Kudos, very excited to see what youre up to.
