Sometimes his music helps when you want to rush the bad feelings out, especially as some of his songs help pick you back up once you get them out to relax, get better, etc.

Before i heard Frank I thought only Bob Dylan was capable of inspiring that level of personal introspection en mass. He carries Bobs torch onwards to new generations

Nice that frank is getting some love these days, he's way more talented than 99% of artists you hear today and he's put more work in than most musicians do in several lifetimes

I'm 16 next week, I saw frank for my 14th birthday while I was on leave from my psychiatric unit. I've struggled with mental health and eating disorders since I was 9 and this man was my muse. thank you frank

I really love the recorded version of this song - one of my favourite songs ever written. But It really opened my eyes when I was hearing it live and the whole crowd was singing it together. Live shows of this guy are just something else man ...

I keep having dreams... I haven’t seen her in about four years now. But I still see her smile and hear her laughter, every day, inside my head. I am disappeared.

I‘m in a psychiatric hospital, in the middle of a life crisis and struggling with severe depression. This song gives me strength and makes me believe that everything‘s gonna be okay again. I listen to this song on repeat..at least 10 times a day. I’m so so grateful that you created this piece of art. Thank you for helping me on my way to recovery Frank :)

I just saw him live... I felt so stupid bawling my eyes out till I looked to my left and my right and saw the big burly man next to me, and the older woman at the other side crying too. I love this man, and I don't give a fuck what anyone says about it.

Just saw him play at this small venue in OKC. The place was packed. I listened to his music when I heard he was touring with AJJ, and I liked it, but seeing him live made me a fan.

One of the songs that always accompanied me walking down lonely highways with my thumb out, west of the Rocky mountains all the way to the ocean, from the deserts of the SW to the rainy pacific northwest, and everywhere in between. I miss those careless adventurous times with everything I needed in my bag.

My name's Amy. I live in Exeter and I like Bob Dylan. So many things in this song that are exactly like me and I'm freaked out.

After 11 seconds, I paused, and already realized I was going to love this song.

10 years later...

2021 timeless album

There are a lot of bands out there I listen to when I want to feel bad, but very few I listen to when I actually want to feel better. Frank Turner is one of them rare ones.

I've had this on repeat on my iPod since he released it. I sleep to it. I even wrote an essay inspired by it for English class. Slightly obsessed..

this song is so meaningful it makes want to do something, and I don't even know what, it just provokes so much emotion and feeling. Frank Turner is quite possibly the musician who writes these powerful songs this consistantly

listened to this over 100 times since it was put on, can't believe we are going to be given a whole new album of this, we are so lucky to have King Frank.

Frank is a great song writer, and to be able to write such a great song four albums, and constintly tour at the same time. Shows that he is what a true artisit is, and should never stray from that path.

Frank Turner restored my faith in the music industry when I was introduced to him the first time. He is everything I aspire to be in my life, both musically and also keep my feet on the ground should I ever be lucky enough to make it. FTHC!

I remember hearing this song at the Riverside show you played over a year ago, and I've been super anxious to hear it again. Day = MADE.

I enjoy Frank's songs, but I am a happy, well-adjusted individual. I am an exception, apparently

This song describes exactly what it's like to live in England these days. Looking for meaning, feeling like some way of life that's right for you has been forgotten. But our countryside is welcoming and our climate is temperate, so you can always disappear.
